I ignored all there bad ratings and brought my clothes here. Amazing service. Very quick as well! I’ve already went back with more clothes. They have taken any stain out that I’ve brought to them. I’ve tried to wash my clothes multiple times to get the stains out and nothing worked. So far brought all my dress pants and dress shirts there and could not be happier! Definitely your place to go in Ottawa. I found out about this place because on Reddit they said it was the best price in Ottawa. Ignore those bad reviews, I believe they might be fake.

Felt compelled to write a review. Been coming here for years and have only had good experiences. Prices are decent, clothes always come back in impeccable shape and on the expected date. I’m not sure what else you can ask for. The repair work they do is simply unbelievable. So many articles of clothing destined for the landfill were saved. Before tossing out clothes, definitely give them a shot. 100% success rate with me so far.

I have brought my winter coat in twice, once to get it dry cleaned, which I have never seen a cleaner coat, and brought the hood in to get fixed because the drawstring was finished, they did an exceptional job on both problems, and the staff, tell me a place where they are just way to friendly other than that place? I will continue to go there, very impressed. HIGHLY recommend them.

I had dropped off a brand new dress, worn only once, they returned it to me with a large black stain in the front. While they replaced the dress, I would not recommend this place if you want your items to returned cleaned. They did not wash a white jacket I dropped off with stains I asked them to remove. They said they had a hard time removing the stains; meanwhile, when I took water and soap to the jacket after realizing the stain remover I had on the stain before I dropped it off still remained, bubbles formed like as if the stain remover was still on the jacket. In other words, they never even cleaned the jacket.

Seems like I have the same issue as others. Suit was not cleaned, still had wrinkles and pet hair all over and I don't have a pet. When i showed they said they would redo it. Went to pick up again same issue. Plus the lady at the counter had a nasty attitude. Yes I was checking at the store you guys didn't do a good job in the first place. Didn't seem like anything was done. She probably just kept it to the side and said it was cleaned. At this point rather than arguing I left with my suit.

Awful experience here. Three items were dropped off and the price was set, then upon pick up the price had increased by almost double?! One item had the tags ripped which isn't a big deal but still worse condition then I had left it in. Also one of the items still had a stain on the front so it wasn't even cleaned properly. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, one of the staff couldn't stop yelling and demeaning the customer... what kind of place is this?!
