I have been coming to this place since September 2020 and they are great at what they do. The service has been impecable and they always take my clothes to my place - I live a couple of blocks away. They are always friendly and always have a solution for stains on my clothes. I highly recommend this place! I went yesterday and they fixed my hoodie’s pocket zipper at a good price. I just moved to New York City from Austin, Texas About 7 months ago. I've tried various cleaners in the area. I stumbled upon Hill cleaners and I sent them my dry cleaning, laundry, and had alterations done numerous times.I’ve been more than satisfied with their work and professionalism every time. They always go the extra mile and as a frequent customer, this is of the highest priority to me. Dry cleaning was not done properly - collar stain remained after cleaning. Alteration is very pricey. Pricing list said waist take-out was $28-$38 and I was charged $45. There is literally a shop next door Barchi Bespoke Tailor that charges half the price. Terrible customer service.Services: Alterations

I came in on a Saturday afternoon with a large amount of linens needing to be dry cleaned. Not only were they able to get my large order done in 6 HOURS !!! but despite heavy stains, everything came back in perfect clean condition. Cherry on top was that they delivered it straight to my hotel once it was finished. Thank you so much for working hard to complete this order. Great customer service and great quality.

Bait & switch artists. Quoted $275 over the telephone knowing that once you get there with your dress, they got you. Ooops, then it's $350...this is for *one* dress. Last experience being bait&switched by these people. Ever.

Best alteration services ever! The tailor is an expert for fixing all types of clothing issues!! He saved a lot of my clothings. Two thumbs up!!!! The staffs are very friendly and nice here.
