Parama Cafe

This café is an absolute delight. The moment you step inside, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that make the space feel welcoming and charming.nThe food is just as impressive, with fresh pastries. Everything feels high-quality and satisfying. The Dubai chocolate is rich, and decadent. Paired with one of their expertly brewed coffees, it makes for a little moment of pure bliss.

Pretty standard coffee shop. Prices are comparable to similar coffee shops in the area. There is the usual coffee and beverage options. Caramel Macchiato was sweeter than I am used to.nNice selection of middle eastern desserts, such as baklava and Dubai chocolate strawberry cups.nnAtmosphere is comfortable enough but definitely not cozy. Chairs aren't bad but they are not the most comfortable for a longer stay.nHanging lamp shades were very dusty, but the rest of the place is quite clean.nThere is a small patio in the summer.

The way we were treated reminded me a lot of back home, the great hospitality, warm welcome and generosity of the owner is something else I can say 100/10. That’s not just the service but also the sweats, cake, coffee and cappuccino super good! One of the best Lebanese spots we’ve been too! Thanks Parama Cafe for everything!

I’d like to share some feedback about an experience I recently had at the coffee shop.nnI have been a regular customer for about a year and visit almost every day, so I have become very familiar with the quality of the coffee and the level of service I normally receive.nnThis morning, I ordered a latte to stay and then went to sit down and work on my laptop. Unfortunately, after waiting for approximately 30 minutes, I still had not received my order. I went back to the counter and spoke with a different barista, who told me that she had not received my order. I explained that another staff member had taken my order earlier.nnEventually, I was given a latte, but unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing and noticeably below the standard I have come to expect from this coffee shop. In the past year of visiting almost daily, I have never experienced coffee of this quality there.nnI was disappointed enough that I left the latte on the table without drinking it and left the shop. I honestly did not expect this level of service or coffee quality, particularly during the morning shift.nnI do want to mention that I have had very positive experiences with the evening staff. They have consistently been friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely passionate about coffee and customer service. I really appreciate that team.nnI’m sharing this feedback because I am a frequent and loyal customer, and I would like to see the same level of quality and service maintained consistently across all shifts.

The food & iced coffee here is amazing! I really enjoyed working on the patio with all these goodies to choose from. I will be back ..so much to try!
