Terrible! Absolutely terrible! I got a full set of long ish acrylics and I hate them! They market the GEL polish they use as SHELLAC! AND there was absolutely no apex or c-curve on ANY of the nails! And when removing my previous nails from a different place SHE SHOVED A NAIL TIP UNDER MY NAILS INSTEAD of filing and soaking them off with acetone (the correct way) and they give out drinks and such and I know it’s not a big deal but she forgot my damn water. I asked for coffin shaped and got rectangle nails, and they are pointed up and lumpy. She applied the acrylic wrong and used dirty bits on her drill. Not impressed. If I could I would give 0 stars

Horrible!!!! No customer service! No welcoming smile. They were distracted. I’m sure the ladies were fine but they had a lead lady like a Gustapo walking around. I had to have my friend redo my nails. I had a gift certificate. They would not honor. DO NOT GO THERE! They truly SUCK!!!!

Went in here a couple days ago with a group of friends for pedicures and will not be back. They were very pushy about upgrading services, and even when we chose Deluxe services they tried to up sell further. The services received were a disappointment. I got no foot massage, she barely used the hot stones I paid extra for, and the only leg massage received was just long enough to briefly rub the lotion on. The gals were unfriendly while giving the pedicures and a few of us even got snapped at for not holding our foot in a certain position or not reacting fast enough to putting our foot in the paraffin wax. Three of my friends said they were in pain off & on throughout because the ladies that did theirs were so rough with the cuticle trimmer. And one of my friends even left with one of her big toes sliced all along the skin on the edge of the nail. A day later and she’s still bloody and is in so much pain she couldn’t even stand to put a sock on. And two of us had chips in the shellac polish within 24 hours.There were 5 of us and we each spent approximately $45 for horrible service, poor results and in some cases, injury. We are all disgusted at the money we wasted here, and if we thought we could get a refund would ask for one.

Over priced for such poor quality. The new management has really run this place into the ground. My friends and I used to love coming here but will never return! The new owners/management are totally rude , guess theyll rethink the way they treat their customers when they dont have anymore!

If I could give a lower review for Paradise Nails and Salon in beaverton I would. I went in on Monday with my friend and she paid a lot of money for both of us to get full manicure and pedicure. When it was time for my full set the guy was distracted. He kept looking away and really wasn’t paying attention. He cut me in two places during my mani and shaped every nail wrong and crooked. By the end of it I just wanted to get out of there. My nails looked like children’s press on nails I wanted Matte and all the edges were still shiny. He left acrylic powder attached to my skin and dried shellac. I went back the next day to ask for my money back and the lady at the front tried to argue with me before she got her boss on the phone. I talked to the boss and she asked what was wrong and as I was explaining that I wasn’t satisfied with my nails and why she interrupted me and told me to shut up so she could tell me something and then HUNG UP ON ME. She then called the lady at the front desk and told her to refund me but they have to remove the nails. I totally understand that they’re not going to let me leave with a full set and my money. So they started taking my nails off and instead of taking them all the way off they scratched them up and brutally cut them up into sharp pieces and left them on my nails. When I told the lady she was hurting me she didn’t even acknowledge me until I pulled my hand away. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never ever go back here.
