So these guys are basically your trusted neighbourhood automotive garage - proficient, reasonable, they take the time to explain things, and do it with respect for the customer. Prices in line with most places. I had been left in a tough position by CT in Barrhaven (do not go btw) who I gave two chances to correct the steering/alignment. Decided to pay again somewhere else and Bourk's came through. Car drives straight now, as it should. Mike and Ryan have got you covered at the front desk.

A trustworthy garage

The thing I value most is the trust I can place in the garage. I am always confident they will do what is necessary, and will not do anything that's not required. 

Staff are genial, and have proved many times that they care about me as a customer. The work is thorough, done properly, and always explained in detail. I have been going to Bourk's for a number of years now, and have recommended them to several colleagues.

Fast and friendly service! Only popped in for my e-test but was well pleased with the service.

My first visit at Bourk's garage with my car became very expensive but well worth the time and money. They explained everything in detail and shaved off some cost where they could. I am very happy with their service and will gladly go back. Terrence
