Nathalie, the owner and chef pâtissière of Par Orchid, is an artist. Her creations are both beautiful and delicious, something that isn't always a given. Her flavor combinations are on point. Her cakes are never too sweet and can never be described as run-of-the-mill, including her vanilla cake which she somehow manages to elevate. I've hired Nathalie for sweet tables at special events; there is never a single sweet left by the end of the night! And I've bought cakes for small birthdays or to make celebrations feel a little more special during the pandemic. I'm not exaggerating when I say that people who don't usually like cakes weirdos will have a second piece of Nathalie's cakes. It's always a pleasure to work with her. Thank you!
