Went to the one in DDO & order the table d’hôte. Food was good for me although my aunty said it was too spicy & salty for her. I liked the carrot cream soup & prefer their shortcakes rather than the blueberry crumb

Key Lime Pie An incredible taste Love it ! My are now on Lemon Blueberry shortcake I have something for Zesty Lemony desserts lately and Key Lime was right on the spot !

Place was empty when I went. Staff was friendly, place was clean. As for the desserts, they are standard across the franchises. If you haven't tried their pies, you should add it to your bucket list!

I went twice in the past month and both times I was told that I couldn't be seated, take away only. First time the cashier claimed it was because they were closing soon still had an hour left, and the second time was in the afternoon but they said they were understaffed. I understand things have been hard since the pandemic but I go to the two west island locations very often and have never had this problem. You should at least put a notice on the days where it's only take away to avoid people wasting their time getting there and being disappointed... Edit: Owner claiming you always sit people in. Perhaps ask your staff why they didn't take us in yesterday Dec 9 then! Because I assure you the cashier who told us we can't dine in was not the owner. And the two times I referred to in my review where we were sent away, I was accompanied with a friend who can attest to what I said. Thanks.

Delicious pies but I was most impressed by our waiter Peter. He is the human speedy Gonzales look him up . He sat us at a table, took our order, prepared and served our order, gave us the bill and took our payment in under 45 minutes all while doing the same for other tables. I feel bad for his shoes...

Although the service can be rocky at times, I always enjoy their pies. Delicious, huge slices for a decent price. Probably best to do takeout.

First time here even if I already have been teasing the delicious desserts! Wow, I'm really happy with my visit and I highly recommend it. Attention: you can't make a reservation, you must present your self and wait in line to be placed, it pays off! No more than 20 minutes, 6 loud women were well served! I tried the oriental salad... oh là là! The vanilla milkshake and the cheesecakes: spectacular! Well done team! Coming back soon with my family.

This place has a really nice vibe to it.. it has nice decoration and good music.. It appears to be a popular place as there was a big crowd when I went.. the cakes are delicious and the portions are huge! You can easily share a piece between two.. they also have parking available.. the service is usually quick.. however some of the employees could use a smile..

Went there for a couple of cakes. We were at the counter @ 9:50 pm with 40 minutes to go before closing time and where advised that we could not sit: only take-away. So disappointed to have this place run this way...
