Cacao 70 Sweet House

Went there for my birthday with my family and honestly it was pretty bad. We ordered with the waitress and it was taking her so long because the other staff member was nowhere to be found that I actually went to help her and carried the stuff to the front so that we could be served. The food for me wasn't so bad but all fruits that were on the menu were "out of season", the hot chocolate deal that was good until Sunday, February 3rd the day that I went was only valid on week days. My family really did not enjoy the food and i had to ask the girl to give me another strawberry because the was only about 2 strawberries finely sliced in my crêpe. All in all, it was not a good experience and I would not go back, but i did make the best of it and laughed it off with the poor staff member who really tried even though she was alone.

We went for dessert. The decor was nice And calm. Great ambiance. It smelled like heaven. The staff was nice and helpful. We took two chocolate milk was amazing and we had camp fire and the peanut butter waffle. They were both amazing and tasty. We were very pleased. Strongly recommend!

The food was just as tasty as the other Cacao 70 locations. The service was great as well!

I'm honestly quite disappointed. The place is supposed to be open from 11 am to 8 pm but once I arrived at 6 pm it was closed. No signs of anyone. I called the place multiple times but no answer. I don't know if you guys changed the times but please check on that. This place is still my go to place. Very delicious especially the frappés. But the fact you guys weren't there at 6 pm when clearly it says on the glass door from 11 am to 8pm upsets me.

Why is there only one person working on a Sunday morning. We were 4 and there was not a soul in that restaurant and we waited 2.5 hours for 4 person to be served and not at the same time because there was so many take out order. Very very bad management. It wasn’t the poor girl fault.. Sunday is brunch day!

The desserts are excellent. Truly a treat to both the eyes and the mouth. I highly recommend the waffle combo and the omelette the portions are very generous.

I shouldn't have but I had it for supper and regret nothing. Just go.

Maos le service c'est autre chose... Il faudrait une personne de plus parce que clairement là ca va pas. On est resté à l'entrée vraiment longtemps avant de décidé d'aller s'assoir nous même parce que clairement personne avait l'intension de venir nous placer ou au moins nous dire de nous mettre où on voulait. J'ai dû aller chercher les menus sur le comptoires moi même aussi clairement pas placé à un endroit où le clients sait qu'il peut se servir. Je ne sais pas si c'est comme ça parce que c'est le principe de celui là mais c'est vraiment pas clair en tout cas.... On a dû demander des ustensils et des verres d'eau. Fi alement on a de nouveau dû aller chercher les verres nous même... Je pense que les employés sont débordés donc j'essaye de ne pas les blâmer mais ça laisse une mauvaise impression ça c'est certains. Tout autant que le fait que je ne reviendrais pas.
