Papas pizzaland

This used to be our go to pizza place. We use to love it. It’s been a while since we had pizza, so this past Saturday thought we would treat ourselves to some pizza. Spent 68.00 after leaving a tip. Customer service was wonderful. Got home and noticed the pizza crust looked completely different. Taste like cardboard. Frozen pizza. Definitely not the same as before. WONT EVER go back.

Moved into Bowmanville recently and always went to pizza nova. This time around after hearing so much great stuff about this place on the FB pages I gave it a try and got a vegetarian pizza .... Terrible! The crust tasted like cardboard and stale. I was so excited to try something local but literally after one bite I was disappointed. Threw rest of the pie away it not edible. First and last for me unfortunately.

Tyler was very nice and warm on the phone while taking my order. Always have a pleasant experience here with their excellent customer service and great pizza!

Papas pizzaland offers an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I love dining here. Staff members are always friendly, prices are great and the spot is always kept clean. My favorite items to get are their specialty pizzas , every single one of them are great . Will return again . Go to spot. Best pizza in town.

Hit and miss. I am “done” with them. If they charge $25 for a MEDIUM size pizza with 3 standard toppings….it better be a great pizza….and come as I ordered it. Sometimes it is …but 2 of the last 3 times they did not make our pizza correctly. Disappointing and infuriating. The ordering process on the phone is a nightmare. A frazzled female voice attempts to keep up with incoming calls. Once again I was put on hold, then hung up on. After I redialled I was put on hold again. The order is not read back to you before the call is terminated. I guess I can explain why the order does not come prepared the way I requested it. For that $25 I expect a great pizza and a nice experience….not this amateur chaos. On the upside the delivery driver is charming

Had a pepperoni slice today. I get that a slice is never as good as a fresh pizza but the slice was garbage. Cold, the crust and the whole flavour wasn't good at all. Always had great slices in the past at the Newcastle location.

Simply the best. Perfect crust perfect sauce amazing cheese. Add any topping and enjoy. Smokey wings were great too

Amazing staff and pizza. Walk in specials cannot be beat. Will definitely be back when I return to Bowmanville.

Excellent pizza! Will definitely order again. Nice n cheesy and extremely flavorful!!
