Domino's Pizza

Basically zero sauce on pizza happened several occasions. Also Got a simple order wrong. Had to call and explain that pizza needs sauce, if you want pizza right request extra sauce and well done, Good luck finding a parking spot close to dinner time

This one time I came and ordered for pick up for a thin crust chicken pizza and instead I got a thick cheese pizza with bacon on it. I went through one slice and noticed it was not chicken for it is was too dark to be chicken. I didn't know it was bacon because I am Muslim and I have never tried bacon. I called in and they said they knew and they were sorry. How can somebody know this and still hand out wrong orders to people? I came to pickup my replacement pizza and they got that wrong too but this time it was just the thin crust they didn't do. Me being in a rush I just said it was ok and took the pizza. And the manager, I don't remember his name but he was dark brown gentlemen with a chipped tooth, was very rude and unapologetic. I felt Like the girl working front counter was racist based on how I was treated compared to other customers that were in the same predicament. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. If I could give rating lower than one I would.

They no longer dleiver to Newcastle, what a joke, my house is literally 2 minute drive from here near the train tracks, pathetic

The past few times I've been to the Bowmanville Dominos, I've pre-ordered on the app for a specific time 2-3 hours in advanced. Always waiting at least 5 minutes, once waited closer to 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Although people who walked in after me to order in store are getting their pizzas before me. Last time I came, my pizza was black around the crust from being burnt too. Not one to complain normally but the wait is ridiculous for ordering on the app, especially when the pizza is burnt.

The pizza is always made well and tasty 🍕.... However the last few times we ordered the bites or specialty chicken bites along with our pizza and they have been short changed. Not 12 pieces like we are supposed to get... The shift supervisor said they cut the pieces in half as they come prepackaged...this doesn't seem right.... 12 is 12 not 6 cut into 12.... Not worth the extra $
