I've had carry out here once and delivery 3 times. Slow service both for delivery  and carry out. Deliver the food completely cold. Offer this disgusting "special garlic" sauce that is essentially butter and garlic powder.  Cheap out on pizza sauce like no other pizza place that I have ever experienced, even when you select the extra sauce option. Delivered wrong dipping sauces as well. Everything tasted quite disappointing on my last order...probably because it arrived cold, barely had any sauce on the pizza, and was given the wrong dipping sauces. Will not be returning here again.

Poor service and poor quality food.  The digital menu wasn't turned on to allow you view the variety of pizzas and the prices.  I ordered a large vegetarian pizza and was charged the wrong price despite there being a  new and recent flyer with the prices.  The pepper provided with the pizaa was STALE.  The pizza dough wasn't rolled out properly leaving the outer crust significantly thick with a very super thin crust in the middle leaving the toppings to fall. This place doesn't deserve a single star.

I don't know what I expected from a Papa John's, cardboard topped with cardboard cutouts of topping. The place is run by teenagers who don't want to be there. The manager was quite nice though, hence the extra star.
