STAY AWAY FROM THE FRASER STREET LOCATION!!! STORE MANAGER: Vincent and CUSTOMER SERVICE: José (apparently José had to take a second to figure out what his name was). It is Monday, February 12th, we placed our order and in and around 45 minutes the door bell rings. The delivery guy passes our order over and we ensure that we received everything we PAID for. It wasn't. He charged us for the items that we're not there. We said to the delivery guy, "Why are we paying for items that are not here?" He said, "I charge what is on the order invoice. I'm sorry, I just do the delivery." We quickly call the Fraser St. location and José said, "Listen man, we're busy." No apologies and no offer to return our money. He just hangs up. Leaving us questioning this location and where in the world did our money go??? Please, please city of Vancouver, do not go here. They will steal your money and give you a part of your order. My review will be on Yelp too. I will make sure my word is heard and no one gets their money ripped out of their hands again. Thank you and again, save your money. Do not order from José at the Fraser St. location. Vincent, please be more watchful of your staff.

Terrible! Ordered two feast pizzas online, when I arrived they gave me the artisan lite version! The boy that was taking my money even looked sheepish about it, knew it wasn't his fault so didn't say anything but will definitely not be going back!

This is only Best and cheap pizza parlor near Fraser since all the others are worse. I would love little thicker and crispier slices tho.

I was waiting there for more than 10 minutes. Nobody came to me. Perhaps, they were short of staff. However, that is the first requirement of business. One has to have their resources ready to flourish one's business. After 15 minutes, I just walked out and went to PizzaHut three blocks down.

It doesn't seem to matter how many times I write 'no sauce, food allergy' - they keep cutting my pizza with a dirty sauce-y slicer! It's red. It's noticeable. And on the rare time I order and it's not visible - I take one bit and taste it - only to find a big glob hiding under a spinach leaf. It's a shame because when I first started ordering here a year and a half ago, this wasn't the case - and it was my favourite pizza joint! Please clean your slicers! I get that it's busy, but when the customer has taken extra precautions to warn you about an ALLERGY, you should step it up a bit.
