KFC

Terrible customer service. I order delivery from this location every so often and have had some good experiences, although after my experience today I will no longer be ordering from here anymore. I received my order and noticed that the XL fries from the family meal were missing; I called the restaurant to let them know that they had been forgotten. The employee who had answered the phone asked me if I was sure that they were forgotten, because she had packed them herself, I told her that I was 100% certain of it. After complaining about it some more the employee then decided to offer me a "free box of medium fries" the next time that I come in because I had already received the box of fries and I only paid $1 to make it XL. It does not feel good as a customer to being made feel like you are lying about a box of fries, I will gladly go elsewhere the next time I decide on getting take-out for the family.

employees are always friendly, atmosphere is relaxed. service is quick. don't expect crispy/spicy 1hr before closing, you'd be disappointed. chicken is made daily I was told, fresh juicy chicken all day... but again, I avoid last hour each day, since there's no spicy/crispy.. unless it's Tuesday!

When I got my food I was very satisfied. The order didn't take anymore than a minute. But my cashier was mean. I ordered a chicken sandwich but he said I had to order 2. I asked him why and he said we want money. He was greedy and mad for no reason. But overall I enjoyed the food and experience. I think the cashier's name was Billy.

I actually got the best KFC I've had in decades from this place last Saturday.....I ordered in a moment of weakness and was rewarded with perfectly cooked chicken. As grease-less as you could ask for. Super surprised

I love how fast these guys and girls are here. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and my food is always made properly and not just thrown together in a mess. I usually get the same woman on the till and she's great. Super nice and polite.
