Papa John's Pizza

had it before and it was pretty decent, but ordered again and waited over an hour for delivery. finally called them and they claimed they came to my address and couldn't find my unit in the building...... didn't even get an apology, was told to phone the store again if i wanted it remade. lazy drivers couldn't be bothered to walk inside the open entrance to the lower suites.

I've been here twice now. My wife and I love that 6 cheese pizza. That's not hard to believe, is it? Courteous staff, fairly efficient even though it was a new store and employees still learning, and a great product. Parking can be a little difficult when it's busy at this location, as it shares a parking lot with a number or other retail/restaurants, but not impossible. I've always phoned in my orders, but I see they have a phone app available so that's what I'm going to try for next time.

The first time I tried Papa John's at their new location and I was very impressed all around. Their app was user friendly and convenient, delivery was fast and the pizza was delicious...lots of quality toppings and cheese. I tried their regular crust and their pan, both were great especially the pan. I also highly recommend their double chocolate chip brownie. My new favorite pizza place :)

Glad this franchise finally came to Penticton. I've always found that Papa Johns makes delicious and consistent American-style pizza, and this location is no different. It also has a lot of weekly and random promotions--the other day our entire order was half price because of some back to school special.

Ordered for the first time last night. The pizza was way undercooked. The crust was very doughy still. Called and was offered a replacement and was told 15 minutes. Went to pick it up 20 minutes later and was told 15 more minutes. Got it home and the crust was once again undercooked, the sauce was bland and tasteless. Very disappointed. The staff were great though. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the product was subpar.
