Awesome experience, great service, great staff. Big shoutout to Rob, makes it fun everytime I’m there, makes sure all of my order is correct. As for food, I know what I’m getting but as for the experience and customer service.. always well beyond par! Thanks Rob!

Went through drive thru tonight 09/27 around 6 or 6:30pm and the man working was absolutely fantastic. He was super funny and kind, and the food was hot and delicious! Anyways, I just want the owners to know this employee rocks, which is why I included the date and time as we didn't get his name.

I went through the drive thru around 8:15 this evening and ordered 5 chicken strips. Normally I’m told to park and wait so they can make them fresh. However, tonight I pulled up and they were already there waiting. I was eating them on my way home, the first strip seemed fine, then I bit into the second one and it tasted so foul I had to pull over to spit it out. I can’t even describe what it tasted like. I was so disgusted the rest of them went into the garbage. This has never happened before, I love the chicken strips and will get them from time to time but after tonight I will never get them again. I am now concerned I may get sick. What is going on??!!

We were at the drive through for this location three separate occasions in the past 2 weeks and the service was horrible. First time they would not take anyone’s orders until the car at the window had their food and left. We were sitting waiting to order for 15 minutes. The second time we had ordered we were told to drive through the drive through again behind a few cars that were waiting to order just so the person behind us could receive his one apple turnover when we only ordered 3 buddy burgers. This most recent time was the same as the first, waiting 15 mins for our order to even be taken, and when the employee finally spoke to us he was very rude. I love A&W burgers I think they’re some of the best fast food options out there however due to this service I am not impressed at all and will never be coming back.
