KFC

I went for late lunch and it will be the last. Waited between 15-20 min for two cold double downs and fries. The fries they served right away, so they were well below warm by the time the double downs arrived. There were only myself, a friend and one other small group of people who ordered after me present. The drive thru did not seem particularly busy, and when I asked the guy sweeping how much longer it would be for my food(no one else was near the counter for quite some time) he replied that he had no idea. There were only three people that I saw running the whole place, however they definitely weren't going out of there way to provide good service. The kfc/taco bell in Penticton has always been a bit slower but this experience did me in.

Friendly cheerful staff when I went. I know they aren't always but I heard happy laugher from the kitchen which is a great sign. My order was fast and correct. Keep up the good work!

It's common knowledge that if you go to this KFC then expect to wait. Everyone knows that. I was just in there for a quick 5 dollar fill-up because I had to wait 30 mins to get my wife from work. It was appalling this time. There was no lineup when I got in yet had to wait 5 minutes until the woman at the counter would even acknowledge me. Fine, she was chatting with her coworker and filling fries. I can understand that. When she finally took my order I felt like I was an inconvenience. Then the store manager with no uniform on budges in front of me and orders 2 burritos... LOL then I get my order taken. Food came fast hence 2 stars but it was like pulling teeth to get hot sauce out of her afterwards.. I had to wave and raise my voice to get her attention. Brutal.

Ordered 12 pieces of chicken and found out I had 8 when I arrived at destination. The chicken was stale and tough. They didn't offer any ketchup so if you have the misfortune going there make sure you have everything you need.

What happened to you KFC? It's supposed to be 11 herbs and spices! You're missing about 9 of them. What a disappointment
