Papa John's Pizza

1st. Visit on Monday July, 11th. 2022 One of the best tasty pizza in Ajax. Friendly staff on duty to serve you. Lots of walk in and online weekly specials available. Highly recommended to visit and enjoy their delicious menu.

Walked in to do a carry out order, a simple one topping on half, thin crust and order of 8 wings. Was told it'd be 20 mins which was fine, when I returned to pick up my order they didn't have it made and couldn't find the order good thing I had my receipt. I simply asked for a refund. Terrible experience might've been a blessing in disguise because when I was leaving I saw a worker making a pizza & maybe it's just me but seeing the pizza dough being stretched & wrapped around their forearms did not make it appealing.

Unacceptable! If you like half your pizza to be crust than order here, otherwise, stay far away

i ordered a pepperoni pizza with sausage, bacon, beef on doordash and find myself with a pizza that’s only pepperoni. so i head to the store and they tell me that it’s my fault and they’re system didn’t say my order or something confusing. Definitely not recommend this place because they don’t follow clear instructions, staff is disrespectful.

Been ordering from this location for a year now, they used to be good but the quality of pizza keeps going down. Well done pizza isn't well done, and other requests and instructions aren't followed about my pizzaFood: 3/5

Customer service was kinda rude. The lady did not help us in our selection. Any question I asked I kept getting “no you cannot do that”, fine then tell me what I can get for the toppings. Pizza was subpar and tasted like pizza pizza brand

My wife daughter and I all got really sick after eating a pizza we ordered on January 14th 2023. Definitely the last time eating there.

Pizza tasted good, generous with the toppings and was ready for pick up in 15 mins. The staff could’ve been friendlier at pick up.

Usually good pizza but ordered a garden vege pizza and they put pepperoni on it! We don't eat pork and they put that on a vege pizza! And then didn't even apologize or anything when I called them back! Be careful what you order. Update: called them and the manager said he will bring the pizza himself to fix it. He brought the pizza I opened it and it was a meat only pizza! Now he's going back a 3rd time to get a vege pizza!

Papa John's in Ajax took very good care of my vegan pizza. Tomatoes, onions and mushrooms on a well-done classic crust no cheese. They even provided a garlic dip and a green pepperoncini. The delivery person was a great gentleman too. This Ajax location is managed by 'Manu'.
