Maestro's Gourmet Pizza

Best pizza in Ajax hands down! The big chain pizza joints just can't compare. The slices are HUGE, equivalent to about 4 regular slices of pizza. And the ingredients are all very high quality. The gelato is also so fresh and delicious, and you get a big portion too.

Ordered takeout from here for the first time tonight. Please do yourself a favour and don’t order from here. The cheese garlic bread came stuck to each other and were hard like rock. Their cheese is very dry. The verde rita pizza taste below average. Also they have no parking. Big NO for this place. Yuck!!

I like thier crust and ingredients very good quality. I order same pizza everytime and it's never the same so it's very inconsistent. One thing I do hate is that they put very little cheese and it's on the bottom so toppings don't stay on and you need to eat with a fork it's just too messy. I will try and order one requesting cheese on top to see if this helps or they just don't use much cheese.

It was my first time going to Maestro's Gourmet Pizza and I had an incredible experience. The pizza tasted amazing, the slices were huge and tasted fresh. Not only was the gourmet pizza delicious, but the staff were very outgoing and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and gave me an awesome experience! Highly recommend!

Picked up a Detroit Style pizza and a regular meat lovers from here tonight and it was absolutely amazing. Best pizza I’ve ever had, after trying many different places this has to have been the best pizza place ever! You can tell that the pizzas here are really being made with lots of love.

Ordered tonight and while there was a mistake with the order, the employee I spoke to was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go through the nutritional information that I needed, which was greatly appreciated. I’ll order again because of that service. And the pizza is pretty good, too - had the chicken keto crust and it’s a nice alternative.

First time ordering and won't be making that mistake again. Called order in and was told 40 minutes for delivery. An hour and 10 minutes later I get a call that they are out of wings half my order and my pizza still hadn't left their building. Almost 2 hours later, after 6 phone calls to them to cancel my order where they never answered the phone, pizza showed up. It was luke warm at very best, over cooked and dry. Terrible pizza and terrible customer service!

Great tasting pizza from a strong player in Ajax who isn't part of a large chain. A great spot overlooking Pat Bayly Square. Gelato also sold on site for an overall great place to eat!

Great food and great customer service. A unique pizza joint the city of ajax desperately needs. We got a cauliflower crust margaherita pizza which was absolutely phenomenal. Dont forget to try the gelato as well, the company behind the gelato has been rated the best in ontario for the past 3 years and i wouldnt be surprised if Maestros pizza gets best pizza this year. Reco'd flavoursbfor gelato are pistachi, banana and milk chocolate.

We ordered on line a pizza with gorgonzola, to be told when picking it up that they did not have gorgonzola. They offered parmesan instead, but barely put the equivalent of a spoon. Nothing exceptional with the taste or quality of their pizza..
