Bellagio Pizza

Surcharge alert - Beware of hidden costs I don't like giving family run restaurants one star but this place really gave me no choice. I've seen it driving by a bunch of times and decided to try it out because I just didn't feel like pizza hut tonight. We placed our order over the phone and the restaurant confirmed the total cost of the pizza and to pick up in 20 mins. 40 mins later and we were still waiting on our pizza. Not only that, but they decided to charge us extra because Pineapple counts as 2 toppings despite confirming our total cost over the phone. Never have I ever heard of pineapple counting as 2 toppings. With this being said I was hoping the pizza to at least would taste good. Nope. The toppings were spread on too thin, some of my slices barely had toppings on them, the flavour was boring and tasteless. I called the restaurant to inquire about the additional cost and the man over the phone wqs being sarcastic and couldn't answer my question, then blamed inflation lol. This place makes pizza pizza look good. I won't be back here again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Pros: I really can't find any Cons: Overcharging, long wait time, tasteless, poor customer service

Tried this place for the first time and I have to say that the pizza is good. The chicken wings are goos too. Thanks to the young lad who took my order today at 6:45pm. I'm kinda hangry but hey THANK You! The meal is worth it.Food: 5/5

The food was yumm! We ordered veggie fresh and roasted chicken. Roasted chicken was amazing but the toppings kept falling off. Wish more cheese was added. The gluten roasted chicken pizza was 10/10 but again wish there was more cheese added! The garlic sauce was bland, wouldn’t recommend.

Great neighborhood pizza place with good pizzas. Bought a couple of large pepperoni pizzas here based on a friend’s recommendation who lives in the area.

My family, friends, and I really enjoy the tandoori chicken pizza from Bellagio secret menu. Fresh ingredients, great garlic dipping sauce, and very friendly owners. All small businesses have their ups and downs but Bellagio’s has been a consistent experience for us. Will continue to support our local neighbourhood pizza joint!

A nice small place, with friendly staff. We stayed and enjoyed the food and pop at their tables. Clean and tidy, well lit and maintained, even the washroom. See pictures!!

Ever since i moved here in April 2022 i come in once in a while to make an order, something I've noticed is their prices do not make sense. The most recent being, I ordered their $47.99 3 x 3topping extra large Pizza deal, i then added another extra large 3 topping pizza for $17.5, i didn't even use up the toppings but they leave you no other choice to pay for these deals because their prices are too high to add a topping manually, anyways doing the math it should come out to $65.49 and 74 after taxes, i tipped 4ish dollars which brings it to $78, i was actually charged $85 though, this isnt my first time feeling scammed at this store and the only reason i go back is because they are quite literally beside my house. They have many deals and offers/promotions but dont charge you these unless you intentionally ask and even then unless its the store owner i believe he is taking your order the staff fails to understand or some even feel like they are purposely disrespectful. I dont like giving bad reviews especially to small businesses and I almost never do unless a restaurant has specifically given me a horrible experience but its a consistent thing with this store and something needs to change man. Pizza tastes good though which is another reason i didn't want to give such a bad review. To any future customers be wary of what you are getting charged!

This place is located on the north edge of the city of Ajax. All new development. This location is in a strip plaza with Shoppers and No Frills near by. The pizza place is ok, service is ok and pizza was ready in 15 mins. The prices are pretty cheap. The pizza itself is ok. Cooked well, not too greasy and decent overall flavour. Lots of these new plaza pizza places tend to be bland and tasteless. The one thing I noticed with this pizza is that they brush the crust with garlic butter. This makes the outside crust flaky, rather than a typical chewy crust. Its definitely unique and not bad, however, I'm more of a traditional pizza guy and the garlic butter aftertaste sticks around your taste buds for a while.. also the garlic butter tends to be heavy and you can feel it in your stomach as it repeats on you. I would try it again but I would ask not to wash the crust with the garlic butter.

My kids love the pizza from this hidden treasure. Located in a very silent neighborhood, this joint has surprisingly nominal rates for their pizzas. The dough has always been fresh and smell of the cheese is soo intoxicating. Just the right amount of cheese in each slice. My four old son can even pronounce Bellagio Pizza :. That's how much our family likes this place

Surprising little shop with some amazing pizza. Their tomato sauce in the pie really comes through! Prices are great for a huge slice!! Got a meat and cheese slice to try, the pic shows the other halfs I didn’t eat yet!
