Had such a wonderful time at Boston Pizza! Amazing customer service and fantastic food! Everything was spot on and excellent!Definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone! Family friendly, halal options which is rare but great, warm environment, yummy food, good vibes and just great atmosphere in general! Shoutout to the amazing manager who was also very incredible! Ensured we were having a great time and checking in on us to see all was well! Great hospitality, understanding, heartwarming, professional and very hardworking! Our server/bartender Erica was great! She and the rest of the staff kept checking up on us and the food was much needed!
Ate here recently and ordered cauliflower bites, chicken wings, some spinach dip. It was actually better than i thought it was going to be, as I don’t think too highly of Boston pizza’s food. I would come back for some apps.
The servers are very friendly. Even with a mask on you could still see their smiles on their faces. Service was a little slow but I went with a big group. Most Boston Pizza's I've been to before didn't have the best food but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my dish at this location. I ordered the shrimp linguine and it came with garlic bread. I added cheese on it. It was extremely filling and delicious! Would come back again if I was in the area and with a big group again.
When i was here few months before i had to leave a two star review for my bad experience. They have improved themselves alot and all i can do is to give them a well deserved 5star!Food: 5/5
Seemed to be a somewhat newer location and everything was in good condition. Food was the typical Boston Pizza fare. Good portions as always. No surprises.
Nice place but food was average, at best. Service was good. ------------------------------- More detailed review, added the day after. I was driving around with a friend, just relieving the boredom and catching up when we got hungry. The weather was looking very unpredictable but as we drove past Boston Pizza in Ajax, they appeared to have a nice enclosed patio. Looks like a good place to grab something to eat. We ordered a Deluxe Pizza and The Hungry Carnivore Pasta. To wash it down, we had a Caesar and a beer. The pizza included pepperoni, ham, green peppers, and mushrooms. It looked good but had a bit too much sauce. It could have been hotter and more flavourful but was just okay. The pasta dish was a generous serving and included lots of meat Spicy Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and green peppers, tossed with penne and our beefy Bolognese. Not bad. The cheesy garlic bread with bacon was fresh and delicious. The beer was nicely chilled but the Caesar was kinda watered down and a bit bland. While the food was just about average, the ambiance was nice. The service was excellent, from greeting us to the time that we left. At the risk of sounding sexist, all the staff that we encountered were very attractive young ladies. Don't judge me!
Aside from a bumpy start with some dirty glassware the rest of the evening went without a hitch. The staff were helpful if spread a little thin, and would get whatever you needed if you were able to flag someone down. The Bandera bread was pretty good. The sauce is what makes it special.
A basic American food Resturant. Food was great and delicious and the servers were quick and friendly! Had a great time here.
