We visited Dr Pang last night with our 17-month old son, as he was providing after-hours services for my regular family doctor. Receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, and the doctor called us back within 10 minutes. Then, he invited us to come by right away. He was kind and professional and even silly with my toddler to keep his spirits up. He evaluated him, did several tests, and provided us the prescription we needed to begin treating my son's ear infection last night. It's unfortunate that most people only leave reviews after a TERRIBLE experience. I have never received such prompt service from a doctor. I highly recommend.
I know things are hectic with covid, but I brought my grandmother with dementia in for an appointment- this took an hour of prep, 20 mins of driving and 5 mins just to get her out of the car- only to be told her doctor isn’t there and her appt should have been cancelled. No one answers the phone, and the doctor that was there was quite rude as if it’s somehow my fault no one called to cancel and I was dumb for showing up? She’s been a patient for a long time and it’s just a little ridiculous to not even get notice of an appointment getting cancelled- especially when it’s so easy for the reception to work from home. Judging by the reviews here, it doesn’t seem out of the ordinary though.
Dr. Benjamin Pang is calm, reassuring and supportive. He saw me through cancer, sleeping problems, aging issues and I trust him fully to make the best decisions with my health care. The staff are top notch, always ready with a smile and pat on the back.
Dr. Patrick Pang took care of my Mom and Dad for many years. Now his son Benjamin is taking care of my brothers. Unfortunately, I think a lot of doctors are a bit hurried, but, what i have noticed, is that when you are "politely" persistent with your concerns and health issues, they do act quickly on your behalf. Doctors aren't miracle workers, and their hands are tied on many issues, it's not their fault, our health system desperately needs a big overhaul, financially. I definitely would recommend these Doctors.
This is Dr. Benjamin Pang's office. My partner suffers from severe fibromyalgia, which is constant and sometimes excruciating physical pain 24/7. She has been prescribed narcotics ongoing for two years now. Despite recommendations from two other physicians, a multitude of evidence surrounding this narcotic use, and the health association to which he belongs advocating for evidence-based care, Dr. Pang outright refused to continue these prescriptions. He knowingly put my family's life at risk, refused to provide any additional medical care, and refused to speak further on alternatives. It is people like Dr. Pang that give doctors a bad name. He was easily one of the most uneducated, apathetic doctors I have encountered and I would not trust him with any health-related issue.
Been with dr pang for quite a number of years now. Never had any issues with him or his staff. find them to be very professional and kind. He has always been very helpful with my health issues and concerns and worked with me to try and solve them. I would recommend him as a physician to anyone.
i wouldnt even give him 1 star. he continuously tells me that everything is inside my head, he once asked if i have ever considered giving my son up for adoption. like what doctor even says that.
worst experience I've ever had at a family doctor. Secretary is unbelievably rude and no help.
Worst doctor I’ve ever been to, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. If I could give stars in the negative I would.
Horrible customer service! The person at the office who answers the calls are rude!
