When I came in, it was about 7pm on a Monday night. It was completely packed, which obviously is great for business. Unfortunately, the lines were super long and the staff looked like a bunch of deer in headlights, not really knowing what to do - looked like no direction was given to them. I sat in a corner and did some work, hoping that the chaos would clear up after awhile, but never really mustered up the motivation to get into the line. I do enjoy Panera food and coffee in general, and in the past it has been good here as well, I just would keep an eye on how busy this location is before hoping to get a quick bite.

Went for the coffee and the fireplace. Ended up ordering the broccoli cheddar soup because I'm a millennial chump forever searching for social acceptance and I've realized the longer I'm in public and the more Google reviews I push, the more randomized attention I receive, and the higher the possibility there is for finding friends. The coffee was fresh and the soup was amazing.

Lately At the Mishawaka location which I have been going religiously most mornings, first there is a change in staff and these new ones are not as friendly as the two older ladies that used to be there in the mornings. This morning ordered a pecan roll after waiting in the drive through for a couple of minutes with my mocha and it was dry and literally burnt..... was going by to drive away but decided to go back in just to let them know about my disappointment. The supervisor , a Mr Fred just looked at me unapologetically stating “ I don’t know what to tell you ,we can give you your refund.” I went to spend my money in return i expected good food and good service..... he was missing the whole point....at about 12 bucks a day 5 days a week I can save 3000 dollars a year by not spending it there...

Good food but no gluten free options... I have always liked Panera bread but recently I've gone gluten free due to medical reasons and I thought for sure they would have gluten free options but the only thing they had to offer was salads. Besides that they have awsome food but just think they should have a couple more options of gluten free.

Food is fresh. The staff are professional and polite. But food prices are too high.
