Ordered the Asian Chicken salad. No chicken, sad lettuce. Very little cilantro. The noodles and dressing was the only decent part of the salad. Plus I waited a long time at the window after paying. I understand the wait but not the quality. Very disappointed!
The Grand Haven location is hands down the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I walked in and ordered my food on the electric menu, no big deal I prefer it that way. I wait for my food and she brings it up and I’m missing the soup in my bread bowl, no big deal it happens. When I go to inform her of the soup she was busy talking with her co-worker, I couldn’t get in a word. When I final do get a chance to tell her she says, “yeah.” Then takes it back and puts the soup in it while continuing her conversation with the other lady and just set it in front of me. Not a huge deal, I can brush off quite a bit and it’s 8pm I get it. Then when I finally get to sit down, on my way to the table the floor is just nasty, covered in food, wrappers, just plain dirty. But not a big deal, my table was clean so whatever. THEN as I’m eating my food I take a bite of my Mac and cheese and in my mouth a find a PIECE OF PLASTIC. And tbh that was the cherry on top for me and that’s the whole reason I decided to even leave a review. Also the lady that helped me was the team manager at 8pm on 09/14/2022.
Guaranteed one of the slowest/worst Panera in west MI. Every single time I ask for extra dressing for my meal they NEVER remember, EVEN when I remind them at the pay window. Also, the customer service is not good whatsoever. Whenever I HAVE to go inside to get what I asked for in the first place, the workers are famous for ignoring you at the counter and will let you sit there for 15 minutes before you eventually get frustrated and say “ummm hello does anybody not see me standing here” is completely rude and unprofessional. It’s sad to say that the Muskegon location tops you guys! This has been a consistent problem since I have lived in grand haven for over 2 years and it is VERY disappointing especially for the price us customers pay for the food, you would expect an overall better experience and customer service!
I've had some rough experiences in the restaurant over the past year or so but when I called about my order being wrong on delivery they offered to make it right and have it delivered. A really good customer service experience. I like the change!
We have purchased food from before and enjoyed it. The place was very busy and the drive up .could not get in the parking lot. I had to drive around to get in. The timing could be a factor.Food: 4/5
Ordered grilled cheese sandwich and creamy tomato soup. Slow service got two pieces white bread with cheese not grilled at all soup tasted watered down. Never will go back.
Very slow service this morning, with very few customers. Mocha was served cool, after whipped cream had dissolved. Asked for toasted bagel to get toasted a second time, and was still cold. Forgot to serve the pastry we ordered. Coffee and a bagel almost took 10 minutes. Food was mediocre after bailing and taking it home for a proper toasting.
Poor service. We ordered a sandwich, they refused to cut it in two! Never heard of this! Employees were very rude!
Stopped at the store in Grand Haven, Michigan. Yuck. Food was consistent with other paneras but the facility was filthy. Bathroom obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a long time…no toilet paper…and the tables hadn’t been wiped down anywhere. Meanwhile there were 5 people standing around doing nothing at 4:30pm. This was not a busy meal hour
A bit disappointed. I placed an order hours in advance to ensure that the bakery items we wanted would be in stock, and they typically are. However, today that did not happen. I got zero notification that the items I wanted were unavailable. Only found out a few minutes before the food was to be ready, when I looked at the app. I ordered well in advance to be sure the food will be ready when needed and it still ran a little bit late as well. They also typically text me when the food is ready and that did not happen today. I got an email only. I definitely requested a text.
