Get rid of the old lady with white hair that works there. She's rude and very confused. Always messes up my pick up orders when they are so simple and had even given me wrong bags with someone else's name on it... bags with my name and someone else's food and I don't have these problems when she's not there... when I pull up and see her I walk right back out ‍

Went to this Subway location this week. There was an older woman working there. She was extremely rude and condescending. I have never been treated that way anywhere! Good lord. I can only imagine how she must treat her coworkers if she’s that awful to a paying customer. Will NEVER go there again.

Subs are good and staff was friendly!
The manager Heather was amazing. My son has severe food allergies and she personally made sure she made the sub for him. I would highly recommend this location. Great service and very clean.
Stopped to get food for the Getty drive in, staff were pleasant and made amazing subs for our evening out, right off US31 in Grand Haven
Subway in Grand Haven was so awesome today! They had pick up orders & a line inside. They worked non stop as fast as possible while we had to wait a little it was nice to see they actually cared about what sandwich they were making! Tipping was an option that we made sure we did! Way to go!!

Great people and great service here! I eat here frequently for lunch and they know me by name. I forgot to order cheese on my salad today via the app and rather than leave the cheese off, they put my normal cheese in a little bag on the side for when I picked it up. That's what customer service is about. Thank you Tina and everyone else on the team!
