Very friendly staff very helpful helped me pick out what I wanted and I'm extremely happy with my purchase I love it
My 8 year old daughter is saving up for a pair of earrings. We went in and told them we were not buying, just looking and the girl that served us was still very attentive and considerate, giving my daughter a wish list so she could record the ones she liked.
Received a bracelet as a present that didn't fit. Bought down South. Rang the Halifax branch not in stock, but they got in for me then phoned me when available. Thanks ladies excellent service x
Someone once sat down and asked themselves, "How can I sell these cheap beads, that have almost no intrinsic value, whatsoever, at an extremely unrealistic price?" The answer was to drill a hole through them and sell tubular bracelets that you can slide them onto.
It's got everything to do with Pandora. The staff are lovely too. Then when you've picked what you want, the staff rap it and put a bow ribbon on the box then into a Pandora bag. All ready for the one it is intended for. The thing I like the best is, you dont feel rushed even when its full of customers.
Find staff a little judgemental at times. I had to buy something for my daughter's birthday and was asking about certain charms. I had come straight off a night shift so wasnt glammed up..didnt get anyone's attention and had to really badger for help, yet a lady with designer handbag and diamonds got approached as soon as she walked in. I now try to encourage my girls to want something else but Pandora
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Very nice experience .... Definitely recommend to others and will be back again soon xx
Always seem to have the item you want in stock. Helpful service with a smile. Free giftwrapping service nice too
Although it was clean,a member of staff was extremely rude as she was trying to rush me out and wouldn't pay her full attention...they definitely need to sort her out.
Excellent service and lovely staff. A stone had come out of one of my pandora rings. The store did not hesitate in offering me a new ring as it was within it’s 2 year warranty. I had an accident in which my other pandora ring had been damaged which I asked for advise on how I could get it fixed as the accident was my own fault and not a fault with the ring. Once again the lovely staff had offered to straighten my ring free of charge as well as clean all my other pandora jewellery as this is also a FREE service they provide with their pandora products. I received all my new clean jewellery back within 48 hours. I think the staff and service is of excellent standard at the Halifax store and I will continue to buy the pandora brand. Thank you
