My boyfriend just called to get a price on gold. The guy on the phone was ignorant and said how much he said a gram or a little more and hung up. Horrible service. The word will be spread ... u should be ashamed of yourself. If u buy bulk just say so rather than hang up. Horrible ! Will never walk through these doors ever EVER again.

Ash is a wonderful Man., Very helpful and curtious. His store just went through a major renovation and looks Fantastic..and he has a pet dog there that looks like the CRA records dog.lol.. very loving dog.

If you're looking to sell any jewelry in the city avoid this place. After having a ring appraised by a professional jeweler earlier in the day between 4-700$, this guy barely looked at it before claiming it was fake. I would not recommend this shop to anyone under any circumstance.

My opinion is not very good about him,he almost made 2000dollar from my son on the same computer in 4 to 5 month.
