Great staff. Very knowledgable on vintage watches! I always go there to do watch batteries quickly and well prices. General watch service there is also very quick. The selection of watches there is also pretty good and if you can't find the one you want in store they can also order them in! They are now getting into selling vintage watches. The section is small at the time of writing but I'm excited to see more come in. Would highly recommend.

Needed a new battery for my watch so I figured what better place? They knew what they were doing but i have never felt so uncomfortable trying to be friendly with staff in my life. I'm also in the customer service industry so I was slightly taken aback by the robots who were working at the time. Not rude but not at all friendly either. I mentioned wanting to sell my current piece (which is slightly worn) and getting something more "my style" nowadays. My questions were either ignored or haphazardly answered. After my strange experience with the staff I looked around the store and they have a decent selection, but so do other stores in the mall. Overall...weird but not horrible experience.

Just bought a Seiko Turtle from Joshua and his team at Halifax Watch and want to say that the experience was "Top Knotch" from beginning to end. Not only did they help me choose, they delivered professional service.

Great new location. Staff members were delightful. Full of fun. Oh yes- they also changed the battery quickly, efficiently and correctly. Time to get rid of the bad reviews from the old stall. Things are very much improved. I have never had a complaint about any staff - and I'm not related to any of them!
