The place is very overpriced is bait easy to robbery and have witnessed it once as well.No security and not much workers there.

Service is slow, and never seem to be acknowledged when waiting at the till and the staff are busy. I'm happy to wait but there's no basic customer service manners.  However they are very quick to upsell

Wanted  to buy  a gift  card  for a little  girl  on Sunday morning. The store's opening time on Sunday is  10.30. At 10.40 still not  open. Called the store and the lady told me she  was late  because of the ice  on the road. Ok, no problem. Then whilst  waiting  at the door my partner had been told  that they're not going to open  for  another  10 minutes  because  she still had to do the till??? Sorry,  but  if the store's opening time is 10.30, shouldn't the till and other things  be sorted before.

Great selection. Prices on the steep side, but you pay for the name. Main problem is that the staff follow you around so uncomfortably closely, you feel like telling them to do the shopping for you, while you go for a brew in Greggs.

Did my 3 year old ear piercings here for her 4th birthday and when I took the old earring out to put the new ones in one of the ear hole is closed and the other ear the hole is in the wrong place like on the top the hole is on one side and the other side its completely different side  like the hole isn't straight Its total disappointing especially when everything there is sooo expensive

My daughter wanted a new iPhone case. On offer at buy 3 get 3 free. Very happy and plenty of choice. Helpful staff

If I could give 0 I would, we went to return some earrings what didn't stay in and irritaed my ears. They refused to give us a refund, very rude women, and unfortunately I can't give the name as there was no name tag, I had the worst experience ever, she was also very unorganized, when we walked in we had to wait for staff to come serve us, i recommend not going to this Claire's plz take my word

This is a great shop for little children and older kids. However, you have to have a parent not other guardian to have ear pierced as I went with my nana as my mum was at work and the lady wouldn't allow it.
