I am writing this review on behave of my dad he has given me consent to share his most recent experience at this clinic. My dad has been a long time customer at this location and recently had a root canal done. There were three things that he did not like from this specific experience. 1. The dentist was quite unprofessional: She focused on blaming him for the condition of his teeth for the entire session and even though she gave him constructive feedback on how he can better take care of his teeth in the future he did not appreciate how his dentist interacted with him. Moreover, even after voicing out concerns over the infection that formed over the phone, the team at this clinic did not take proactive measures or make suggestions to help my dad out, besides an apology. He ended up having to go to another dental office to treat his infection. 2. My dad was not given antibiotics after his treatment: Because of this he had an infection at the site of the root canal. As confirmed by another dentist that my dad ended up seeing, he should've been on antibiotics to prevent any infections at the surgical site. 3. As confirmed by another dentist, there was a fracture in the tooth that was caused by the root canal treatment that the previously mentioned dentist missed. Of course these are my dad's experiences and I am sure that there are customers who are happy with their treatment in this clinic. However, I am quite surprised and upset with how the events played out for my dad. I hope no one had to go through what my dad went through. My family will no longer be clients at this location due to experiences as stated above.

Dental Assistants are all very good here, especially the assistant lady from the Philippines who always assist us in our check-ups, cleanings, etc. Over all this dental clinic is good, Dr. Pan is soft to talk with, and we like how he approach patients and us of course. Recommended!

Excellent dental care Friendly attentive patient care makes going to the dentist almost fun.... My family enjoy the higienist's care and attention to details.... friendly honest great dentist as well straightforward and professional... I recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in Surrey

Really bad experience last month. I feel they just care about how much money they can get from your pocket.
