I had my cleaning done with Christina recently and I'm so pleased with her service. She is an amazing hygienist; I can say this with confidence because I had changed my dentist a couple of times previously for either being too rough or kept rushing my cleaning. She is thorough, gentle, and caring. She made sure I was comfortable during whole procedure and took time to explain and gave helpful tips to keep my oral health in the best shape as possible. I highly recommend Christina to anyone who is looking for a regular hygienist you can trust.

Excellent attention. Dr. Ross, He's assistant Mrs. Morgan and all He's staff were very warm and attentive with He's patients. The work that Dr Ross has done has left me very satisfied and happy. Prices are reasonable. He treated me very well and very Cain even though I arrived with him for an emergency. I definitely recommend him 100% and will continue to pay attention to him.

Have been going here for a few years now and they are very professional. I go in for a cleaning every 6 months and ask specifically for Christina as she is very gentle, quick and knowledgable about her work. Haven't had a bad experience yet hence why I will be returning to them with any work needing to be done. Good job Austin dental group!!!!!

Wow! Dr. Ross is an amazing dentist! I never thought I could replace my dentist with another one, but Dr. Ross is the one I recommend. He is caring, kind and punctual. He even answered my text online on his day off and booked me for the next day. Thank you so much Dr. Ross, you are amazing!

I would give this place 0 stars if i could… i went in for a wisdom tooth removal.. about a year ago….. everything went fine until I noticed the NEXT DAY…. I HAD TWO HOLES IN TWO OF MY FRONT TEETH….that i did not have a day prior I ended up going back to ask what happened well i was asleep for me to now have two holes in my front teeth…… Dr koo looked me dead in the face and said i did it myself but they can fix it…of course she could because that means more money… but anyways how could someone get two holes in their front teeth with in a day after getting dental surgery??? Was i eating rocks?? No…. All i could eat was “soft food” also…. if i did put two holes in my teeth i wouldn’t be writing this review…. I absolutely HATE that dr koo couldn’t just own up… apologize and fix HER mistake…. Even if she apologized that honestly would’ve been good enough… but the fact she looked me dead in the face and said i did it to myself meanwhile the day before surgery i took photos smiling… no holes…… the day after surgery i took photos smiling agin and i can clearly see the holes If i did that to myself i would’ve gladly payed for her to fix it…. BUT I DID NOT PUT TWO HOLES IN MY OWN TEETH WITH IN A DAY AFTER DENTAL SURGERY……. if dr koo was willing to put two holes in my teeth just so i’d come back for more work and they would make more money… I couldn’t imagine what els she would do… MY TRUST IN DENTIST IS GONE… and i didn’t have any to begin with and this company new that… all this company cares about is your MONEY…. They DO NOT care about you…. Your teeth… or your mental health….. my Smile was my favourite part about my face and now i hate it all because of dr koo and her greediness/carelessness SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST….. THEY ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING….. LOL “We would have possibly been able to help rectify things sooner. Please contact the office manager at the clinic anytime” -NO I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY EVER AGIN… “its been a long time” I CAME IN THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS….. THE NEXT DAY AFTER SURGERY… & WAS TOLD I DID IT TO MYSELF….. why on earth would i come in agin to get told the same thing…. “We can fix it but we won’t admit one of our dentist put two holes in your teeth” y’all can take that fake apology and EAT IT….

Dr. Shahriary is the best! He’s both caring and conscientious. He takes time to listen to his patients and ensures they are comfortable with the procedure and happy with the result. He is surrounded by knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly staff who treat you like family. I would definitely recommend!

I used to get dental work done here by Dr. Koo when I lived in Coquitlam . Blindly trusted this office but in the end, it cost me a lot more money to correct my teeth with another dental office. I can honestly say, Dr. Koo and staff don't have your best interests at heart. It's bizarre reading the reviews here after of not being here for few years but I can agree with the many low rated ones. Other than the fact her botched jobs are costing me more now. Dr. Koo doesn't do what she says. I had an infection so bad that a bump formed under my gum. I am extremely anxious when it comes to needles and I asked her if she was going to stick it directly on the bump, she said no, and guess what happened after? She stuck the needle directly in the bump and that was the most agonizing pain I have ever felt. I was sobbing, shaking, and no pain medication would help so at my most desperate way to relieve this pain was a sleeping pill I signed off on that gave me in and out black outs. But before the work was done, I paid the amount and there was change leftover I said I'd pick up next time because at this point I'm about to get drowsy from the pill. I never really wanted to come back after that day and I was moving to a different city. So I called the office saying I wouldn't be back after they wanted to reschedule to do more work done bleed me dry of my money and I mentioned the leftover money and that they can keep it. under $20 value and Lisa says they don't have it, there was never any left over change. I know it in my heart there was before I blacked out. At that point, I was like nah, never ever ever going to recommend this place to anyone. Just took me few years to get it off my chest.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Khoo and her team! I came in needing a root canal, and the estimate they gave me was one of the more affordable ones around. The three visits that I made to the clinic left such a good impression on me. I loved the way the team was so well integrated, and how they really understood and focused on patient comfort. I had my root canal done, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the crown, as well as the speed and accuracy of the procedure in which Dr Khoo carried it out! Very impressed and I'll highly recommend this team to anyone with dental problems.
