10/10 this clini is warm and engaging to go to and I never felt pressured to do any procedures; they're very honest with you when it comes to that.

Have been going here for several years. Dr. Kathrada and his team are wonderful to work with. Kind, gentle, friendly, great with kids. It’s just a great dental office overall.

Very warm and welcoming feel from all the staff. And the way the dentist and hygienist explained things, options and pros and cons of treatment options was professional and very easy to understand. Great group.

I switched my daughters and myself over to this office this year and super happy with our experience so far. The front staff, dentists, assistants are friendly, polite, and take the time to explain what is needed or done. My daughter got a filling for the first time and had to get a needle she was scared but once the dentist explained everything to her and made her comfortable she was great. She left that day not afraid and would be ok getting needles for fillings if she had to again. Highly recommend this office!!

Our entire family has been going here for years, first with Dr. Clarence and now with Dr. Kathrada. Everyone who works here excels in customer service and ensures you have a pleasant experience. Would not change our dentist even though we live in another community.

The appointment was on time and very efficiently managed, I always feel empathy for the procedure and enjoy being well cared for, with easy opportunity for follow-up and support.

The care one receives from Dr. Kathrada is almost uniquely suited for clients that may have some lingering anxiety after not having been for a dental checkup in a while. He is very patient, has a great sense of humour and is very understanding of concerns one may have in re-establishing a relationship with it dentist. He is exceptionally gentle and always checks on your comfort level. I am very pleased to have found him and I am certainly very confident in recommending him to friends and family. Robert
