Palms Shawarma and Mediterranean Cafe

Visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night around 7:30, as it was one of the more affordable halal restaurants in the city and my friends are Muslim and are observing Ramadan this month. From the minute we walked in the door the owner made us all feel very welcome, told us about where he was from and even had food and drink recommendations for us! Everything we had there was amazing! Amazing, authentic flavors, definitely not your white-washed Middle Eastern food. The owner was even nice enough to give my friends dates to break their fast, give us some sweets to try on the house, and give us hats to take a group picture. Visiting was definitely a highlight of the trip, I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Niagara Falls!

The food was really good, mouth watering, fresh, and good value for money. The space was also very neat and clean. The plating was perfectly done by the owners, and that was a compliment to the taste. The spices and sauces blended well together to make the dishes perfect.

Josephine was very kind and friendly. We are in Niagara to celebrate our 33 anniversary and just happened upon this little gem. The food is fantastic. We ended our lunch with a slice of their amazing Kunafah. We spent more than normal for lunch but it is our anniversary and we wanted to try multiple dishes. Worth every penny and leftovers to boot!

Food is ok. Customer service sucks. Took nearly an hour for food to arrive although he said 25 minutes. Ordered food for over $200 for party of 10 eat in. No mention of 10% additional service charge on the menu but at the order desk, there is a sticker saying "10% Service charge added to eat in". Funny thing is even after 10% is charged on top of the menu price, they still expect tip when paying. Dah. Ordered 5 bottles of water for party of ten and even after that, the Manager is lecturing that outside drinks are not allowed. What a guy. Looks like he has only Syrian experience and do not know how to treat Canadian style. There were two other customers waiting for their take-out, they were seated and this guy told them they can't sit there although the restaurant was empty. Won't recommend because of very poor customer service.

Portions are really small, and everything was very burnt and super salty. I was craving something salty and flavourful so we picked this place after going once for a wrap last week, last week it was alright. Tonight everything was so salty I almost didn’t finish the meal and both the chicken and beef were over cooked. Many pieces of the beef were charred so black there was no meat left to actually eat. They also had almost no veggies in the wrap despite us asking for everything inside the wrap.

Everyone has to try the food of this place it's DELICIOUS!! Every time i go to Niagara Falls i go to eat with this guys i love the taste.... I can't wait to bring my wife to try, I know she'll be love it also!!! Saludos Amigos!!

Best shawarma place. Friendly owner and excellent portion size and delicious food. I don't have enough good things to say about this place.

Just ordered shawarma to go. Chicken was clearly burnt and not eatable. I don’t know how you server this food in good faith. Save to say wont be back.

You can see that there was thoughtful planning in the decor. The food was served in a timely fashion. The presentation was excellent. The food was delicious and warm. The service was helpful and kind. Thankyou , I will be coming again!
