This place deserve to be nominated the worst Shawrama place in Canada. We had to eat on the sidewalk tables with loud music and dust flying with the wind but the Shawrama meat was cooked in a pan and very small serving, you had to chose rice or Potatos and the rice was plain. The salad was spring mix. The owner was nice to give us a $10 discount but even with the discount we had to pay $85.43 for two plates. I can cook better shawarma at home. This place should not be in business.
Haddy’s nice guy, and very welcoming. The portion size is decent. It was also fairly quick. Unfortunately, that’s where the pros stop. The server we had must have been new, because she wasn’t familiar with the menu, didn’t serve all the drinks, didn’t bring the ketchup despite repeated requests, and presented the straws by throwing them on the table haphazardly — at the time of CoVID no less. The food itself was probably the worst I have ever had - served cold, carelessly and lacks in flavour and character. The shawarma wrap was less shawarma and more mashed chicken. The other wraps were no less unimpressive - a mesh mash of flavours including curry! looking for a home. I will not speak of prices, because it’s clearly overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend at this point. They have a lot of work to do. They are new, so I hope they take this constructive criticism to improve. Haddy appears to be a genuinely nice guy just trying to make a living, so 2 stars instead of 1. Sadly, I had to go to McDonald’s after our meal to wash the taste.
My sister worked here and this is the Before and after photo. They are permanently closed. It's expensive to eat here and some Indians working there are so stubborn and lazy and the food is just fine.
The worst food!! Nothing middle eastern! taste nothing like shawarma, it was cooked in a pan the salad was gone bad I can't believe they served it..awful service, I can relate to all the bad reviews because I had the same experience. Omg and the prices I expected better quality for the price we paid for $35 for a shawarma plate
Worse food. Chicken Shish Tawouk was pan reheated. Hummus was test less. Very pricey, most expensive shawarma 35$. Final bill was already added 17% service fee and another additional tourist fee. The server was asking if I want to add some tips.
Amazing shawarma, best in niagara, the hostess was amazing, the wiater hadid gave good service. Would recommend to anyone in niagara lookiny for an all around good dining experience.
I tried this restaurant with my family. Very poor quality burnt food, raw rice, bitter eggplant, plated vegetables, dry bread and stale, and even stale fried potato soda, full of ice with a taste of water and at the same time Very high price
Hi im Marcelo, I just wanted to rate this restaurant a 5 star because of the amazing customer service there, the host was very polite, the waiters were also very cool, and the manager hadi was really cool and made sure we had an amazing experience, the food there is so good, especially the lamb shank, the amount of food you get for the price is so worth it.
Very welcoming staff and very good nurture. The place is very clean. Hadi the best The only negatives points are the size of the sandwiches that are too big and the price very high.
Amazing service and food!! Had a great time!! The manager HAdi made sure that we had a memorable night at Niagara Falls :
