My fliter was leaking and I was stressed so I sent a message in the morning. Other pool companies would not even take my call. Mark however responded to my message even before they opened. He came out same day and kept in contact letting me know what was going on. He also is going to pop over and give me some pointers. I am beyond impressed with the service. Great people and happy to find such an easy going business. I also have popped in their office a few times for water testing and again always really nice and helpful service from Mary as well. Wish all companies were like this gem ! Thanks google for finding them for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I am impressed with the service I have received from Mary, and Mark. Mary is informative and friendly, and made buying our stove a pleasant experience. Mark came out and did a yearly cleaning. He gave me a good education on how to keep our stove clean , and in good running condition. Thanks guys. its a pleasure doing business with you.

I have had only positive experiences! Mark and Mary are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help you out. It makes the occasional frustration of owning a pool easier.

This has been by far the easiest friendliest and best experience we have had in purchasing a Pellet Stove. We immediately were treated like family. Mary was wonderful and friendly and by far not pushing like most places that want you to buy from them. She took care of us through the whole transactions told us where we could get a loan and even let us keep our truck there when it broke down for the day! (the walk home 2 miles up hill was not so fun.... but) Mark delivered the day the stove came in and he too was absolutely awesome! Yes Mark, that word 3 times now AWESOME! I highly recommend you check them out before going anywhere else! We will be back next year for a hot tub! and maybe if I can convince my hubby a pool down the road!!! Thank you all for the most wonderful experience. You are all Amazing!!!!
