This is my second time coming here and my wife and I have had nothing but excellent customer service here...the prices are a little high but the work is worth it...the ppl are very personable and talk to you...they will try to upsell you if you get one of tge cheaper packages but you have to stand your ground lol other than that I have loved my experiences

Candlewood day spa has good interior design and very relaxing ambience. I get my pedi and mani in this place and the staff is hardworking and very meticulous. I moved from west coast and I was having a hard time finding a place to do my nails and hair... after so many places, I finally found my happy place! I honestly think that they provide 5 star service. The restrooms are clean, very friendly staff, very accommodating. The google ratings doesn't do justice of the service that they provide. I also get my hair cut here and I am never disappointed. Andy cut my hair and he was so accommodating and really really did an excellent job. 👍🏼 I highly recommend this place.

I always get my hair cut here and they always do a great job.  They are a tad pricier than other salons but the facility is nice and so is the staff.  I have asian hair and have found that people who are experienced in cutting asian hair do a better job at cutting my hair than people who typically cut caucasian hair.  I have never gotten a pedicure or manicure there so I can not speak for how their service is in terms of getting your nails done but if they paint nails as well as they cut hair than it should be great.

I came here because I had a gift card and I figured I would try it out, despite the not so great reviews I had read about the place. The service here was absolutely awful. The lady doing my manicure asked me to pay before she even started, and when I said no, she proceeded to rolled her eyes and start my manicure. The entire process felt rushed and her customer service was not even close to acceptable. This is my first AND LAST time here..
