The guy that runs this store is one of the nicest guys you can ever do business with. He is kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable but the thing that stands out to me is that he genuinely cares about his customers.This place really goes out of their way for you with just the little things. Great service at a reasonable price coupled with that old fashioned "taking care of the customer" makes this place stand out among the competition.

Not long ago my husband was there and some woman was disrespecting the staff as if they are responsible for when the package gets to their store! It prompted us to write a review that comes from years of experience with this location. The staff person, M.C. is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and has, on many occasions saved us money by recommending different packaging and/or ways of sending something. I can send my husband there with my packages and know M.C. will help him get the right service. Thanks to M.C. and staff. We HIGHLY recommend this store - it's worth the drive even if you have one closer.

We have been using West Edmonton Pak Mail for years. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready with the right answers and the proper advice for shipping. We have used them for everything from sending gift parcels, to magazines, to sending a Fax to a company in Japan as we dealt with a dealer in Edmonton who could not seem to service us. They pack everything so carefully with the proper insulation to make sure it arrives safely. Once, with a shaky hand problem, they assisted in filling out forms. I was even able to purchase a Covid face shield for my friend Henry, so we could so a show. What a great place. Bob Layton

I’ve been going to PAC Mail Terra Losa for many years now, and despite having moved a few times, I always go out of my way to continue doing so, regardless of where I live. It’s all about the service; whether you are shipping a parcel or just sending a letter, you can rely on great knowledge, guidance and expertise without leaving with the uncomfortable feeling of being unsure. If you have any questions about how you should send your item, they will gladly assist you with a sincere and friendly smile. A few months ago, I was expecting a company package through UPS that was time sensitive. It was a Friday and apparently the driver wasn’t as concerned as I was… The owner, M.C. went out of his way to chase down the package and have it delivered to a location where I could pick it up, saving me and the company a lot of aggravation. Where can you go these days to get that kind of service?? There are lots of post offices and courier outlets around where I can take a chance or hope for the best, but in the end there is just no comparison to receiving the kind of excellent service you get here. We live almost an hour out of the city, but it’s still worth the trip. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I wanted to recommend Pak Mail to anyone sending a package. I dropped a very valuable guitar for shipping to Quebec. I couldn't stay to watch the packaging but was assured they would take good care of it. I received a call from the Purchaser and he was blown away by the quality of the package job that Pak Mail did. I went the next day to let them know I was so impressed. You can send anything with this team. regards

I just came here to pick up a Fed Ex parcel today. I had never heard of the place before now and was expecting a pretty uneventful package pickup. I just wanted to say that the guy running the place was SO nice! You could tell who the regulars were by the way he greeted people, and he just seemed happy to be at work. Give this fellow your business!

Wonderful stress free service that I have ever had!! Their goal is to make sure customers leave with a confident smile! I am smiling from ear to ear right now!!!! They do it all; packaging, and provide shipping options with all the companies. The only place to go!!!

I was referred to PAC Mail by UPS because their computers were down. Fantastic service. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They saved me a bunch of money by sending my package through Canada Post. PAC Mail Terra Losa will be my first stop when I’m mailing packages.

Amazing service. In a time where friendly and helpful customer service is hard to come by, these guys knock it out of the park. They have everything you need for shipping, great prices, and I can’t say enough good things about how helpful they are with everything shipping related. New regular customer here
