Fed Ex

Fast, Friendly and Efficient. I have no complaints about this place. I’ve always had a great time here. I been coming here for years and I don’t understand how some people could get mad at this location… everyone here actually does their job well, very friendly staff and smooth transactions. I enjoyed my experience coming here. Thanks for always delivering great service!

Why does the driver never ring the doorbell? I work from home. That is just extreme laziness to say that they attempted a delivery when no attempt was made other than to drive up to the house and not step out of the vehicle. Your job is to literally deliver packages with your best effort. How is this level of ineptitude acceptable with a supposedly "world renowned" courier company? No don't answer that, it was rhetorical.

Oh man they are so bad. I don't know what they actually do, but delivering packages isn't it. They lose your stuff, they can't find you, they'll even have your stuff, know it's your address that it's supposed to go too, and just refuse to give it to you on pick up. I can't stress enough how confusing and exhausting it is to deal with them. Its like the government but somehow worse. The only thing I can give them credit for is that they are sure consistent.

Driver didn't even rang the bell and just left the pickup note on the main door. I was at home all time. FedEx please respect everybody's time. I was home to pick this package so I don't have to pick it up. I am really very upset.

The staff at this location were as helpful as possible, and I'm sure the delivery driver did everything in his power to get me my package. It is apparent your staff is caught in a no win situation. Your problems are structural. The very fact I had to go here, a 40 minute drive from my house to pick up my package, that you made zero attempts to deliver because duty was owed, not that I could have paid it because you made zero attempts to contact me, is infuriating. If you are not going to make any attempts to actually deliver my package, as you were paid to do, why not leave it at one of your storefronts close to my home, there are several, not on the other side of Edmonton? DHL has no problem sending me a text message with a payment link for import charges ahead of time; so my package can be delivered. Why can't fed ex do this?

The driver was a liar ! I was waiting the whole day for the shipment he didn’t even come to the door and just marked that customer was unavailable. I had to start my work the next day which made me a loss. Worst delivery experience until now.

Didn't even call. Just left a sticky note saying final attempt, package will be returned to seller if further delivery instructions not received. They just want you to come to their shipping center and collect your parcel by yourself. Weird, when I paid the shipping fees and I have to drive half an hour to get my package.

Atrocious service. Customer service is even more useless. I've sat here for four days now waiting for my packages just to have them not arrive. I can understand when they are delayed due to weather, but don't lie and say a delivery was attempted when it wasn't. No call, no tag, nothing. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. I would rate zero stars if I could.

So I payed a good amount for shipping to my location and then get a notice that my package was unable to be delivered due to customer being unavailable or business closed which is hilarious since I only work during the summer and am at home 24/7 now I keep getting spam calls from them over and over only to answer to a automated voice recording now this has happened almost everyday for the last 4 days and they keep asking me to pay money at first I thought it was just a scam but no it's legitimate that they are just that bad at there job and like to harass people too if I could make one suggestion it would be to never use fed ex

customer service are really friendly but i think nothing enrages me more than fed ex delivery service. they said they attempted a delivery but no tag and no one rang my buzzer. what's up with fed ex anyway? why deliver on a time when it's working hours and people might be at school or working... then they stop after 5pm... and then they won't deliver again or will deliver again at a really inconvenient time. then they won't let you hold your shipment and give me the wrong date for delivery when that day is a holiday. i wish the company i ordered from would not choose fed ex as their delivery service.
