Have gone there for dry cleaning services for decades. They are fast enough and always done on time. I appreciate the professionalism of the operation. I am generally happy with the cleaning job they do. Not sure I would say their prices are inexpensive myself but they are the only outfit close by. They have once in a blue moon over the years damaged clothes (I've had a few pairs of pants come back inexplicably torn, for example, but I don't discover this till I try to start wearing the things - maybe months after pickup. Damage always seems to occur at the side seam around a pocket or else on the bum - would be interesting to know where their equipment grabs the pant!). The one time I tried complaining - about an apparent over-billing that I now realize was actually a missing pair of pants - was an unpleasant experience. Don't know why the clerk didn't realize what had happened from what I told her. They do seem to have a no-refunds/only-give-credit policy! It's kind of frustrating having to take a damaged shirt back to the cleaner that likely did it to have their tailor fix it at a cost - not knowing how to prove they caused the problem. Upon inspecting the pants from my last visit, found one pant with a small tear below the pocket at side seam which they hadn't indicated found during the pre-cleaning check and another pant with a thin, horizontal red line mark on the bum. One really needs to check things at home and immediately after pickup to deal with these issues, I'm afraid, if this sort of thing happens too often for you. They have started in recent years to tag almost all my clothes indicating they had 'spots' or 'stains all over' when brought in which I can only assume is being done to thwart possible complaints in cleaning results. It only seems annoying to me as yes I know my clothes were dirty. (I do appreciate their cards telling me they couldn't completely get clean an item without damaging it. They do seem to try hard.) They are the only firm I deal with that doesn't automatically give you a single bill showing prices charged and total cost - you have to ask them to print a bunch of mini-bills out. As I usually can't be bothered doing this (my bad), I don't normally notice when they bump their rates. They used to offer nice discounts via Safeway back-of-receipt adverts but this appears to have stopped. Since I recently decided to start using a pickup and delivery service instead of lugging things in on foot, I've decided to try other cleaners out and hope for resolution to some past irritants. From reviews I've read online, I'm not much expecting other companies to be any better at not occasionally damaging things. (Note... P. the C. is offering $10 credit for Google reviews recently, so take that into account when reading recent reviews.)

They are a tad pricey for my tastes, but good at what they do. Nice people there too.

My boyfriend’s suit was very well done. And everyone we have dealt with is very pleasent to work with.
