I thought i would give this place a try since i drive by it every day. I dropped off one of my suits that needed to be cleaned and also needed the waistband adjusted. After waiting nearly ten minutes for someone to come out of the back finally i was greeted by a young lady that did not speak English very well. She let me know the tailor was not in but i could come back the next day and he would be in. I came back the following day at specified time to see the tailor which again was not in. Regardless I asked if the lady could just measure the waist and let the tailor know how much to take out (very simply remove about 1/2 inch) Fast forward to a week and a half later when it was finally ready.. I pick up my suit and go directly home and try it on. The pants are about an 1 1/2 inches LARGER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regardless of it being measured they ended up somehow taking the waist OUT rather than IN When i returned about 15 minutes later asking for my money back.. The guy tries to tell me that i did not get any adjustments done to the pants even though i had a receipt for all of the work. Took me 20 minutes of ARGUING with the owner to get my money back from this HACK OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!!! I do not understand how a business managed so poorly stays in business!

I dropped off a dress shirt to have a small hole in the arm patched. The lady at the counter said they would take off a small 1 inch strip along the bottom of the back, and then place a 1 inch by 1 inch patch on the inside of the shirt where the hole was. When I picked up the dress shirt, they cut a massive square 8 inch hole out of the back and then put a large 4x4 patch on the OUTSIDE of the shirt. Needless to say, the shirt was garbage and had to be thrown out. Never going back here again.

Been bringing my suits and shirts here for years and haven't had any problems. Clothes come back nicely pressed and on time, and the Filipino lady that works there is very nice :)
