The woman who operates this storage facility is discriminatory towards customers who want to rent storage facilities from her locally owned business. I was given the runabout for four months on the phone when I attempted to rent a storage container. Her alleged wait list information contradicted her every time I called to inquire if anything was available. When my friend went in person to purchase a rental container for herself, she was told that nothing was available for rent. When another customer arrived almost immediately after this statement, this woman offered him various container sizes and quoted various prices. This woman is very clear as to who is welcome in her facility and who is not. I will avoid such a bigoted environment that prides on injustice and inequality.
