What a great group of people to help you with your storage needs! Not only did they make the experience of having to store my belongings for an extended period of time affordable, they made their facility accessible to me after regular business hours to suit my needs at no extra cost!!! They were easy to communicate with and helped out whenever I needed assistance. And when all was said and done, I got a full months refund even though I had stayed over the move out date due to not being able to move into my new place. They are easily accessible from Hwy 1 which was also an added bonus!!! Thanks to all the staff there!!!👏👏👏

My house was sold and I had to move out while I was out of town and Janelle at Big Steel Box Abbotsford was a gem! My communications with her was on the phone and online where she helped me to select the box I needed and arranged drop off and pick up with only a few days notice! The whole process was quick, easy and I have the peace of mind that my belongings are safe and secure for when I return home.

Fast friendly service. We used bigsteelbox for our move and stored it at their location when our builder delayed our conpletion date. From start to finish it went great and I highly recommend them.

The worst experience of my life. Paid 2500$ it's been 11days and still no sign of our entire belongings. We've been sleeping on air mattresses and sitting on lawn chairs in our new house. Still nothing here. There was never a mention of this two week cushion for the delivery of our belongings. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company. It's been horrible

This is the second time I have used Big Steel Box to store my possessions while undergoing large home renovation projects. The safety and convenience of having easy access to your belongings is well worth it. Cost wise it compares with the major storage facilities. They are friendly, prompt and professional to deal with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
