Used this company for a huge move including storage. Our bill was over $2000 because we had to store our stuff for about a month. We opted for getting the insurance package and the company reassured us that any damaged items would be appraised and replaced. When it came to moving day there were several items damaged from storage and the company would not replace them nor would they respond to mail correspondence. BE CAREFUL because if you opt for insurance they will screw you over by marking all the boxes with codes that actually mean "mechanical damage" this releases them from having to pay for it if it is damaged because according to them it was already damaged prior to the move. 80% of our boxes were coded with this amongst a gamut of other codes. Boxes that were sealed were coded with this! Does it make sense that a person would have 80% of their stuff damaged prior to a move?? Bottom line: do not go with this company because they will not replace items they damage and they have greasy paperwork that they try to use to try and cover their butts.
