One of those scenarios that can be annoying as a customer. We are part of Richelieu... but not really. Some things are tied together, and some things are not. They've split orders on us, which makes it hard to track but generally they are good to deal with. Unfortunately this is primarily over the phone, it is one of the few places I've been to where they will interrupt the conversation you are having in person with them to not only answer the phone but also complete the conversation on the phone before continuing with you.

Friendly, great service. Nice variety of hardwood. They do not offer dressing of wood etc., however it is well reflected in their prices.

Worst customer service ever! Just got back from there. I got the order papers from the front desk and when i went in the back to get loaded up i felt really insulted by the lady from there. Right when i got there with my order she rolled her eyes and seemed really annoyed by me being there or because she had to do some work. took them forever to decide who's going to help me and looked like they were passing my order around. I know that it's friday afternoon, but it's still between working hours. Really bad experience!!!!!

Been buying here for 3 years now , good prices and they have everything we need in stock . My guys get in and out fast most days . They have MDF up to 16’ long and every type of hardwood lumber & plywood . Just off Blackfoot trail .

Found out about PJ White from a contractor who told us to try these guys for quality Hardwood Lumber and MDF . They are a " wholesale " company , but will sell to the trades . Prices were good and the selection was far better than the retail stores ie : Timber Town / Home Depot type stores and even a few of the wholesalers we had tried . Only problem is that they are only open Mon - Friday , no weekends . Overall the guys were very knowledgeable and the service was fast .. good place to get all the finish material . Location was convenient .
