Alberta Drywall & Stucco Supply

Just bought 3000 dollars worth of insulation. The delivery guys were instructed to park on driveway. They decided to drive across my brand new sod. This will cost me thousands of dollars to fix and alberta drywall is not getting back to me on my calls. They were quick to charge my credit card but customer service does not exist. I was going to place a $4000 drywall order but i will be looking elsewhere. If they would have helped me out things would have been different. Smarten up guys and learn how to take accountability for your actions and quit dodging me. They also bent a bunch of the resilient channel that i bought as well which will make it annoying when putting it in if i can even install it. These guys dont care at all. Update, 5 of the bags were soaking wet and smelled like a barn. They were unusuable as well as many other bundles were compramised and wouldnt stay in the hoist spaces. I think they were wet at one point as well

They delivered drywall and insulation to my home but couldn’t be bothered to wipe their boots and proceeded to repeatedly track mud onto my carpet. They’re happy to take your money but management doesn’t care how its employees act. Read the other reviews, don’t buy from these people, and avoid the headache.

Ive never actually been to this place, but ive decided to leave a good review because I always look forward to driving past the mannequin that they had up since Halloween in 2021

Just walked in. Was Looking for some patch up solution for my vanity cabinet. ERIC suggested a solution. Worked. I had a good experience . Not everything for everybody. That's how life works guys :

called 15 minutes ahead to confirm product in stock, could not enter parking lot due to semi unloading, parked next door, walked over after circling the block and they did not have the product. They need a better location

Yes it’s cheap there but the service is cheap too. Never buy from there. They gave 2 open boxes for auto feed drywall screws . The 2 boxes are not they don’t auto feed. That means someone had returned them because they are not working but they don’t care they keep it for sale. The lady brought it from inside for me. I know they don’t accept returns but for this I will return it and they have to refund me and apologize. Wasting time

I'm not sure what is with some of these reviews, the pricing is much lower than anywhere else, the "final sales signage" is clearly on the front door & desks. As a fulltime handyman, purchasing small quantities of material, I often run into these gorgeous ladies in the pic. These gals are more knowledgeable about tools & materials than ANY Home Depot or Lowes associate I have ever met. I give Alberta Drywall & Succour Supply a BIG TWO THUMBS UP!

I am a contractor. I stepped foot into this place once, spent over $7000 and will likely never return. The product selection and prices were great. The staff knowledge is good. Breena was great to deal with she is an intelligent business woman, until I ran into an issue. She had zero authority and the owner Blair and manager Bart would not return any of my calls or emails. Their customer service is 0/10. I wish I read reviews on Google before going here - they are true reviews. I've since taken my business elsewhere and pay about 5% more. There's an old saying "You get what you pay for" - and sometimes that comes in the form of customer service and ethics. Happy building!

This place is a disorganized junkyard. The store is overwhelming to walk into and the parking lot is immovable. We were trapped for 20 minutes unable to leave the parking lot as they were unloading a truck and the lot only has 1 entrance in and out. The store and yard is a total mess and so many safety violations with how they have everything stacked and piled up.
