Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Going over and above to help us. This level of service usually reflects higher pricing but their prices are also great. Lots of displays to show the products off Will be using these guys from now on if they have what we are looking for

As a first time customer and a rookie flooring installer I found Timber Town to be as good as a company can get. Our primary sales rep Warren was great and worthy of a 6 star rating. If I am ever buying flooring again I know where I will buy it.

We got floors from TTown Edmonton and did a house in Calgary, towards end of the project we ran short of flooring materials, James was able to connect with Jup from NE we got our 2 boxes to complete the project,it was special order and Jup manage to connect with someone that was returning some. A big thank u to James and Jup for putting this together, its nice to see two stores to connect and go out of their way to help us out specially out of town job for us. Jup is the man

This is the place to buy flooring, whether it be laminate, vinyl, or hardwood. They have an amazing selection, a wide range of prices, and all the trims and extras that are needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And best of all, they didn't approach us the second we walked in the door. We were allowed to browse and look at all the laminate available without any interference . And delivery was the next morning! This will be my go-to flooring store from now on.

Knowledgable staff, efficient, fair pricing. Also good resource for doing BOMs and structural bracing for decks! Yard guys are friendly and are quick to help! Always a pleasure!
