Kayu Canada has been supplying my business with durable high quality decking and siding products like IPE, red Balau and yellow balau for years. The product is impressive, and they always stand behind it. Great company to deal with!
I would say that is one of the worst customer service that you can ever get anywhere in Calgary. Walking from the front desk to the back to see what kind of product they have you will hear probably 3 different prices for the same product. Its a total screw up once you enter inside.
Amazing all around service and the best prices in town! If I’m looking for exotic woods, this is the only place I’ll go. Jim, the owner, is very knowledgeable about all products sold. And the rest of the staff know just as much!

Have dealt with the friendly team at Kayu for the last 7 years. The product is amazing and still looks as good as the day we built it. Great assortment of different products for both building the deck as well as maintaining it and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
