I am SO grateful to have found Dr. Tamer and Dr. Wasam. We have been taking our dogs to Oxford Animal Hospital for 5 years. I have always felt like they treat my dogs like their own, with exceptional care, attention and compassion. They are patient and kind, and take the time to explain everything to anxious pet parents. From check ups to surgeries, I have complete confidence in them. Thank you so much for always taking such great care of our babies!
My dog suddenly injured her leg and Oxford animal hospital got us in right away after we called! They were so understanding of my concerns and they explained everything from start to finish. I’ve never had such amazing care at a vet and they made a somewhat traumatic experience into a positive experience! They showed me videos on the surgery my dog needs and explained her X-rays for her torn ACL. They’re not pushing surgery on me like other vets have and let me make the decision to do the conservative method or the tplo surgery! The doctors are so amazing and kind and passionate about their work! My Sharky was well taken care of Here’s a pic of her with her new bunny after she came home
On this last day of 2022 I would like to praise Doctor Tamer and staff at Oxford Animal Hospital for going above and beyond for our cat Leonardo. The compassion you all bestowed upon our Leo was 5 Star rating. Your honesty although so difficult to accept at the time did help ease some of the pain that we would face. While I've only gone to Oxford Animal Hospital once, I will definitely take my kitty back in case of emergency. I took Cilantro as a first time cat owner to get his vaccines after adopting him and everyone was lovely. The receptionist was kind and the veterinarian took his time to throughly answer my questions and there were many very silly questions. While I don't regularly visit Oxford Animal Hospital anymore I take Cilantro to the clinic I now work at, I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for a vet. Thank you for making my first experience with a veterinarian clinic a positive, kind, and informative one.
Dr. Wesam and Dr. Tamer are highly professional and compassionate at the same time. They would go the extra mile to let their clients comfortable while dealing with their pet with ease and passion. You can tell that each of the furry patients is like their own. The staff is also extremely professional, patient and welcoming. Definitely recommend this very high quality business .. Thank you for making our experience an amazing one
My regular vet was closed for 3 days and my dog of 9 had developed a bad rash on his stomach. My cousin has been going there for awhile so I thought I’d give them a call. They got me in the next morning was by far the best experience at a vet in my life. Dr Tamer Mahmoud look after us he just didn’t treat the rash he went though my dogs medical history my dog also has cancer and hip dysplasia. He gave us so much information and was so helpful and was very compassionate my pup is my whole world and I do get a little emotional when it comes to him. He will be my vet moving forward for my boy now and the new ones to come. And another great bonus the bill was very reasonable.
Great vet with super friendly and responsive staff. My pup is pretty anxious but they handled her so well. Dr. Mahmoud was even able to get her to stop shaking. Definitely recommend for your pet.
I can’t say enough good things about Oxford Animal Hospital. We’ve been taking our Pomeranians there for about 5 years and have always received above and beyond service, and great care for our boys. Beyond general checkups and vaccinations, each of our poms have had issues one with a knee injury, and the other with a cyst he developed below his eye, and the care they were given in these cases were exceptional.
Dr Tamer is the best veterinary doctor I has ever had the pleasure of using. I really cares about the animals and explains things detailed and easy for a non-medical person to understand. There are not enough stars in the sky to provide for this google review.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! Dr. Tamer was so reassuring and started with an X-ray to rule out causes of my dog Meeko’s tummy trouble, we got an estimate ahead of time so there was no surprises and showed us the X-ray and explained everything he seen and what was causing the tummy troubles! I will definitely be taking my dog here for all his care going forward and will recommend him to all my friends with fur babies!!! Thank you Oxford animal hospital for your care of Meeko and putting my mind at ease!!!
