This is a good place for pets is my opinion. I take my dog here and never had a issue. I follow the orders of the Vet and my dog gets better. Call make a appointment it’s a newer establishment and is clean and bright. Prices are average and the care works every time this is important. In a Emergency the Vet will meet you she cares. I recommend it
My Grown Adult Son and I. Took his Senior Cat Stingray to see Dr. Nash Tan. Positive experience. Dr. Tan is very patient. Answered all of my Son's concerns. Stingray seemed very comfortable. I Thank you Dr.Nash Tan. Thank you for showing us how to give Stingray her medication. We will be back.

This clinic is horrible. My cat was missing for 3 weeks someone found him and brought him this this vet and they were able to co tact me from scanning his microchip thank goodness. My cat is very elderly 16 years old. I am going to have to go ahead and say they didn’t even want to touch him. He was so severely emancipated they kept him in a dirty kennel until I got there. My poor boy just had a rough 3 weeks and am very thankful they kept him there until I came but they could care less. I would have hoped he would have at least got fluidsI would have paid he is skin and bones. The pads of his paws are burned off. He is filthy and just caked in litter on top of it. I have now had to take my cat in for emergency attention as he is honestly dying from being so emancipated. When I called to confirm he was there they told me he was fine. Instead of letting me know his condition I would have told them to go ahead with any need vet care. Instead you can tell they just could care less. The staff was also extremely rude. Would NEVER willingly bring my pets here
My dog had an abscessed tooth and her face was swollen. They saw us right away and we booked her in the next morning for surgery. My own vet was not this helpful. They gave prescriptions to start that evening and the cost of the procedure was very reasonable. They gave a post op call after they were done and went over the procedure and gave instructions. They were very professional and happy they took care of my pet. I will definitely continue to use their services.
Dr. Tan is by far the most competent and intuitive veterinarian I’ve ever met. Anyone I know that has taken their pets there as well as myself has experienced how good he is. He has a gift I’ve just been able to take one book and his intuition says what’s going on and the tests always confirm it. My cat Sam did not look well today, I phoned and booked an appointment that day. The staff and Dr. Tan were so quick and on the ball to take care of Sam. He went into surgery immediately and five hours later he was doing well and recovering at home. My highest thanks and gratitude. Elizabeth K
They were absolutely wonderful when I had to put down my beautiful fur baby a couple weeks ago. He had been sick for a while and I didn't want him to suffer anymore - The vet that is close to us that we had been taking him to is outrageously priced for everything, so I contacted Mercy. No questions asked, no being made to feel guilty - My boy is free of pain now and waiting at the Rainbow Bridge.
If i could give a zero I would. He had been my vet for 3 years with 3 dogs. It's a shame because before COVID he was a good Dr. However in the last while he cost us hundreds of dollars by not doing things right and then charging us for the mistakes. So, we have done what any other person would have done and tried to leave, only to find out that he won't let you leave WITHOUT charging you $35 for your records He is the only vet that does that. He is charging you to leave him. That is how many people are leaving. Don't make this mistake. Go to another vet
I’m new to town & it’s so hard to find ppl u can trust to provide best care possible for our babies when my outdoor cat got sick I was really starting to miss my previous Vet clinic. But I found this clinic and they were amazing with my feral wannabe baby & my other indoor cats. Dr. Tan is very professional & informative. Answered all our concerns and the rest of the staff is amazing with all my babies. I’m really glad we found this clinic.
I would do negative stars. I came here with my cat Cheetah. They do their exams in the back which is really sketchy. When the doc came back to the room, I asked how she’s doing and he said “good” with nothing else. We left it at that but I was not impressed. I came back the next day and demanded the exam to be done in front of me. The doc started arguing with me saying he already did it and to go somewhere else if I don’t like the way it’s done here. He was handling my cat angrily as he proceeded with the exam and eventually said sorry for his anger once he calmed down. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Go to Belle Rive Pet Hospital. This place smells like body odour.
