The staff was wonderful. I appreciate their service. We were immediately seated. I came when it opened at 4PM so the wait time for the food to cook wasn't that long at all.  The Strawberry Peach Sangria is amazing, the food was filled with flavor and cooked properly. I would eat here again!

My first time here and my experience was amazing. I had Alex and Bianey assisting me that night : they checked up on me and making sure i was okay. Despite it being busy : I had such a great time. The food was also spectacular. I loved the infamous blooming onion. They definitely deserve a raise for making my experience better :

Overall the food was good! Steaks were cooked perfect,and drinks were good!! Great friendly service and pretty busy. waited about 15 min to b seated . Was told 30 to 45 min wait.  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is accessibility!

We requested ranch with the blooming onion and got extra horseradish sauce. A person at the table got a steak and requested it be cooked medium well it was rare when she cut into it... the server didn't wait for her to cut into the steak before walking away another staff member came and got the steak and took it to the kitchen where it was literally burnt until it was not edible couldn't be cut with a knife. She didn't even request a "well done" steak this was past well done. For the price you pay you would expect at least good food. Mediocre service and steak house that needs to train their staff how to cook steak.

About 20mins wait on a Saturday night is fantastic to me. I had Kinley as our waitress. She did good. I like how she takes your order, a few minutes later, someone is bringing your drinks,  then another person os bringing your food as it comes out. It's a really good setup to make sure you're table is attentive.  No complaints.  I look forward to returning.

Laci was our waitress. I loved that she gave my friend and I plenty of space to visit while being very sweet and attentive at the same time! She made sure to check on us without being intrusive, allowing us to visit for a bit without making us feel unwelcome. So needless to say, the service was amazing! And the food,  well,  it's always awesome! HEY LACI, if you see this,  you are awesome,  and so was the butter cake!

The food was great but the service was very lacking. They couldn’t seem to get it right. Our first blooming onion came out burnt so they made another one but it came out with the main course.

Alex & Bianey great service went on Monday in the afternoon came to check on me and my partner constantly! Bringing refills and sauces for me will ask for them when I go back much love!

My Wife, daughter & I decided to have dinner tonight at Outback. It has been years. The waitress was Great and the manager was fine but that does not make up for the quality of food that was brought out. The blooming onion was good but our steaks and shrimp were not. I ordered a season special steak with fried shrimp in a spicy seasoning . Nothing like the picture I ordered from. Popcorn shrimp heavily battered and over seasoned with the barley any blooming sauce. My steak was to be med well but came out Med. I kept it rather then waiting for it to possibly be overcooked. My wife ordered steak salad with her steak to be done. It came out undercooked & had to be sent back. My Daughter ordered the ribeye med not med well and not well It came out well done. I understand the way it is trying to hire good people but in a restaurant you may only have 1 chance to win someone or loose them forever. A kitchen Manager is needed to stand at the food service side to inspect the tickets and be sure plates of food are going out correctly.

So, we’ve ordered from here in the past and the food was good, but there were multiple issues with our curb side order tonight and it was to the point that I’m just…annoyed and kind of grossed out. Two issues with the appetizer: first, ranch dressing was missing - Outback ranch is like crack so it was a major disappointment to discover it was missing from the bushman shrooms order; and second, shrooms were mushy, not fully fried, and dripping in oil.  However, the icing on the cake was the sticker on the cinnamon croutons for the cinnamon oblivion LOUDLY identifying the enclosed croutons’ expiration date…that passed almost a month ago… Honestly, they’re friggin croutons and I’d have been none the wiser had the sticker not been attached to the container with the expiry date highlighted in YELLOW, but the fact that the restaurant cares so little as to not even REMOVE the sticker makes me question every quality control standard this restaurant has and does NOT follow.
