Good! Turtle Jacks is one of my favourite restaurant chains and this location does not disappoint. Great atmosphere with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The food is consistent and solid every single time. I’d recommend the four cheese pasta, it’s always a hit! Great for groups of all sizes. I’ve never had any issues here and definitely will keep coming back!
The location and table placement at the restaurant were great. Service was quick and efficient. Food was tasty although the Blackened Basa was a bit on the salty side and may not be good for some. The Muskoka Burger was delicious although I would recommend adding the sunny-side-up egg that may make this Burger even more tasty. Our server Nicky was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. She recommended the Lake Rosseau Butter Tart which was delicious! Overall highly recommend!
As a whole, I like this restaurant. I like the fried chicken and wings for sure as their sauces are great. While trying to eat more healthy as of late, I tried the NY Strip and it was quite over cooked. This latest time, I tried the salmon blackened and really enjoyed it! I’d definitely recommend this dish and will come back to have it again.
Spontaneous lunch pit stop for me and my dog. I called in before to ensure dog friendly patio. They were able to get the outdoor tv up and running for the ball game. My server was very friendly with my dog and manager offered raw carrots for it. NY Striploin was delicious as usual and wine choice was good. No complaints, will return - even more now knowing they are dog friendly tbh :
About average, the service was decent. The food was a bit underwhelming, the fries were cold and the burger was dry. We did come as a large group, and the food might have been put aside until all the food was ready to come out. A few others that I came with also had cold fries. I do recommend the ice cream brownie, that was the highlight of the food. If it wasn't for the service, this would have been a generous 3/5 stars.
The service and food were amazing. Samantha was great. Some of the best food we've ever had.

We were out for dinner last night is was an amazing experience! Zee was our amazing server who recommended the chicken rolls…they were amazing! We’ll definitely be back for more
Bringing pre-meal healthy snacks for the kids was a brilliant move really appreciated it, and a full booklet of activities. Wife meal 5/5 but the burger not so much. Looking forward to trying other items tho.
I made a reservation for January 28th for 14 people at 7:30pm and once we got there, they told us that there was reservation under my name. SMH I called and spoke to a gentleman and he said yes they can accommodate our large group he even checked with someone . But they did made a table for us. The service and food on the other hand was not so great usually it is . I was disappointed to say the least. It was long to get our drinks and the food was cold and warm once we got it!! Parking: Not enough space and had to do 3-4 loops to find parking spot
